Los rincones de aprendizaje para el desarrollo cognitivo en alumnos de primer año básica.

The learning corners are educational environments that favor concentration, comprehension, allowing the development of children's creativity in order to achieve meaningful learning. In the investigation, the learning corners are presented to favor the cognitive development in children of the first year of elementary school. A descriptive study with a mixed approach was carried out. 21 children and 2 teachers responsible for the first year of elementary school from the Fiscal Educational Unit "Eidan Abel Erique Cercado" participated in the Los Perales sector of the San Vicente canton, Manabí, Ecuador. To evaluate cognitive development, the Basic General Education curriculum of (Ministry of Education, 2014) was used, it was found that the weak indicators are the inadequacy of educational spaces and environments, and teacher training. as well as the level of preparation and updating of the knowledge of the teaching staff to achieve cognitive development. To determine the level of concordance of the results with the use of learning corners, the Kendal T test was used, solved in SPSS V 25.Los rincones de aprendizaje son ambientes educativos que favorecen la concentración, comprensión, permitiendo el desarrollo de la creatividad de los niños en pos de conseguir un aprendizaje significativo. En la investigación se presentan los rincones de aprendizaje para favorecer el desarrollo cognitivo en niños de primer año de básica. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo con un enfoque mixto. Participaron 21 niños y 1 docente responsable de primer año de básica de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Eidan Abel Erique Cercado” sector los Perales del cantón San Vicente, Manabí, Ecuador. Para evaluar el desarrollo cognitivo se utilizó currículo de Educación General Básica de (Ministerio de Educación, 2014), se encontró que los indicadores débiles son la inadecuación de los espacios y ambientes educativos, y capacitación de docentes. así como el nivel de preparación y actualización de los conocimientos del personal docente para lograr el desarrollo cognitivo.
