Survey of halogenated hydrocarbons in the Netherlands - waste materials and emissions - methods for waste handling and emission abatement

De studie geeft een overzicht van - de produktie en toepassing van halogeenkoolwaterstoffen (HKW's) in Nederland ; - de afvalstoffen en emissies die daarbij ontstaan ; - de verwerking van afvalstoffen en bestrijding van emissies en de daarbij toegepaste of toe te passen technieken. Basisgegevens over afzonderlijke HKW's of groepen HKW's zijn vastgelegd in 28 stofdocumenten. Veel aandacht is geschonken aan de uitwerking van gegevens uit de Emissieregistratie en het meldingenbestand van de Wet Chemische Afvalstoffen. Methoden en technieken voor hergebruik of verwerking van HKW-houdend afval of de bestrijding van HKW-emissies en de toepassing ervan in Nederland zijn beschreven. Enkele technieken worden uitvoerig behandeld in monografieen. De resultaten van de inventarisatie zijn geevalueerd en verder uitgewerkt. Met behulp van aanvullende informatie en schattingen is getracht de belangrijkste stofstromen, waaronder afvalstromen en emissies, enigszins overzichtelijk in kaart te brengen.DGM/A /Offerman MA
