E-leadership research has evolved significantly in recent times, influencing the development of the education system, which has been affected by the effects of the pandemic. In order to keep up with the changes, teachers have had to adapt to the ever-changing requirements and opportunities. The topic of the paper refers to the perspective of Romanian pre-university teachers regarding the connection between e-leadership and motivation. The reason I chose to do this research is because e-leadership is a current topic. On the other hand, I am a teacher in the pre-university education system and I started my teaching activity in the middle of the pandemic and I can say that it was a real challenge for me to integrate remotely into a new team. Therefore, I found it opportune to study this subject, the paper being based on the identification of the main advantages and barriers of e-leadership in motivating employees. For this, I will look for the answer to the research question “What is the perception of pre-university teachers regarding e-leadership?”, by sending a questionnaire among teachers. To answer this question, I carried out a quantitative research of a structured survey type, based on a questionnaire with 16 items, addressed to pre-university teachers, regarding the link between e-leadership and employee motivation. This survey was conducted online, in 1st-4th November 2022, through Google Forms, and I processed and interpreted the obtained data, using Microsoft Excel and SPSS statistical software. I hope this paper will be useful to all those interested in this topic, especially PhD students and leaders who want to deepen this topic

Sustainability leadership is a strategy approach that gives direction, alignment, and commitment while dealing with social, environmental and economic concerns in order to produce a better society. The focus of the paper is to highlight the sustainable leadership in the European corporate setting. To achieve this aim, two objectives have been formulated. The first objective is to ascertain the importance of integrating sustainability measures in organizations and the second one is to illustrate the connection between sustainable behaviours and sustainability values among managers. The current research paper focuses on conducting a statistical analysis of data gathered from the Sustainable Leadership in Europe Report. The data, deemed pertinent to the study, was accumulated, consolidated, and evaluated using Microsoft Excel and SPSS Statistical Software to derive conclusions aligned with the research objectives. To summarize the results, it seems that companies in Europe have implemented the sustainability measure of identify sustainability risks; opportunities the most, while the last measure of performance measurement and reporting has the lowest implementation percentage across all countries. Also, I found a strong and direct connection between the relationship between the self-identification with sustainable behaviors and sustainability values for managers. The reason choosing to do this article is that sustainable leadership is a current topic and probably those interested in this topic will find this valuable, especially PhD students and other people who want to learn more about this subject. Overall, the article contributes to the growing body of research on sustainable leadership and provides practical insights that can be applied in the European corporate setting. The intention to improve the statistical analysis and gather up-to-date and relevant data for all European Union countries in future studies further emphasizes the importance and relevance of this topic

The six factors considered for achieving success in leadership are clarity, role modeling, achievability, commitment, transparency and openness. The article analyzes the factors that generate a failure of leadership, even for the so-called widely renewed good leaders, precisely the behavior causes and developments that lead to failure and not their acquiring process. The chosen target population is represented by the leaders ruling large organizations, which need an integrated vision to produce effective leadership. The perspective will have a theoretical basis but also an empirical one. The quantitative part relies on a survey conducted among leaders for three different industries (pharmaceutical, IT and telecom). They were asked questions regarding the causes, which produce leadership failure and finally produce misconduct and breaches of the compliance rules and regulations. In addition, the survey asked the participants to develop their proposals for preventing leadership failure. It was established the importance of the tone from the top, leading by example, a clear mechanism for checking the health of the organization from a leadership perspective. The article will also show that the way to prevent leadership failure and avoid behaviors that lead to misconduct is a permanent journey
