    Hubungan Pemahaman Konseptual dan Algoritmik pada Materi Larutan Asam Basa Serta Kemampuan Berpikir Formal Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kimia Untan Pontianak

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat pemahaman konseptual dan pemahaman algoritmik mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN pada materi larutan asam basa. 2) Mendiskripsikan tingkat kemampuan berpikir formal mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN pada materi larutan asam basa. 3) Mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir formal mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN dengan pemahaman konseptual pada materi larutan asam basa. 4) Mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir formal mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN dengan pemahaman algoritmik pada materi larutan asam basa. 5) Mengetahui hubungan antara pemahaman konseptual dengan pemahaman algoritmik mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN pada materi larutan asam basa. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan meliputi bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tahun ke II tahun ajaran 2012/2013 program studi pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN. Pada penelitian ini diambil sampel secara purposive. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa :1) Sebanyak79,50% mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN pada tingkat berpikir transisi dan sisanya berada pada tingkat berpikir formal (10,25 %) dan konkret (10,25 %). 2) Mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN memiliki pemahaman algoritmik dengan kategori sangat kurang 2,56%, kurang 30,77%, cukup 38,46%, baik 28,20%, sangat baik 2,56% dan yang memiliki pemahaman konseptual dengan kategori sangat kurang 29,20%, kurang 38,46% , cukup 20,51%, baik 10,25%, sangat baik 2,56%. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir formal dengan pemahaman algoritmik mahasiswa pendidikan kimia FKIP UNTAN 4)Terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir formal siswa dengan pemahaman konseptual pada materi larutan asam basa dan 5) Terdapat hubungan yang sangat sangat lemah antara kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pemahaman konseptual dengan pemahaman algoritmik pada materi larutan asam basa

    The title of this research is developing of students work sheet with macroscopic-microscopic-symbolic approach in chemical bonding subject. The purpose of this research was to produce a student work sheet with macroscopic-microscopic-symbolic approach in chemical bonding subject. The method of this research is Research & Development (R&D) recommended by Borg & Gall with modification. There are four steps in this method, which is research and collecting information, planning, developing preliminary form of product, and the last is field testing and product revision.     Pemberian Direct Corrective Feedback Pada Pekerjaan Rumah (Pr) Dalam Materi Termokimia Di SMA

    This research aims to determine whether there is any differences in learning result between students who were given direct corrective feedback with students who were not given direct corrective feedback on homework and determine direct corrective feedback's effect againts learning result in the material thermochemical grade XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The form research that used was quasi-experimental with research design was "Nonequivalent Control Group Design". Sampling using random sampling technique, and selected students of grade XI IPA 1 as the control class and XI IPA 3 as the experimental class. Instruments of data used in this study is the learning result. Data analysis used U-Mann Whitney test showed that there were differences learning result between students who were given direct corrective feedback with students who were not given direct corrective feedback on homework. Based on value of effect size, direct corrective feedback gave 44.29% effect on increased student learning result

    Pengaruh Problem Solving Berbantuan Booklet B2m terhadap Respon dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sman 9 Pontianak

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh problem solving berbantuan booklet B2M terhadap respon dan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak pada materi larutan penyangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI IPA2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan angket respon. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan perhitungan effect size menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh problem solving berbantuan booklet B2M terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 44,06% (ES = 1,56). Respon siswa terhadap problem solving berbantuan booklet B2M diperoleh rata-rata tingkat persetujuan sebesar 88% (sangat tinggi). Kata Kunci: Problem Solving, Booklet, Hasil Belajar Abstrack: : This research aims to determine the effect of problem solving with B2M booklet towards response and learning outcome in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak on buffer material. The research method is quasi-experimental and the research design is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample were the students of IPA1 as control and XI grade of IPA2 as experimental. Data were collected by using learning outcome test and response questionnaire. The result of data analysis using U-Mann Whitney test showed the differences of learning outcome between students of control and experimental. Based on calculation of effect size showed there were effect of learning problem solving with B2M booklet to increase learning outcome around 44,06% (ES = 1,56). Student's response towards problem solving with B2M booklet obtained an average rate of approval 88% (very high)

    The aims of this research are to determine misconception of student and to describe the causes of the misconception chemical bonding. This research is description research with kind survey research. The sample that used 27 in this students with technique of sample withdraw purposive sampling. Instrument of data collector in this research is diagnostic test that organized as multiple choice with three answer alternative along with reason and interview to students who misconception about chemical bonding matter. According result of research that mean of student who misconception 19,8%. The causes of misconception that happen to students couse of asosiation thingking student 15,7%, mistake of reasoning 34,8%, intuition thingking 19,1%, ability of student 29,2%, humanistic thingking 1,12% and interest 29,6%

    Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Card Sort Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Koloid

    The aims of this study was to determine whether motivation and learning outcomes of students have a significant difference after being taught using Card Sort and conventional strategies on colloidal material class XI SMAN 10 Pontianak. Form of the study was "Nonequivalent Control Group Design". Samples were students of class XI IPA 2 as the control class and XI IPA 1 as experimental class. They were selected through simple random sampling technique. Pretest, posttest and questionnaire were used to collect data. According to test result, and questionnaire data analysis using U Mann Whitney test (α = 5%), Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) were 0.000 and 0.000 respectively. These meant that there was a significant difference in learning outcomes and learning motivation among students who were taught using Card Sort and conventional strategies. Learning using Card Sort strategy had 34.38% influence on increasing students learning outcomes on colloidal properties of matter at SMAN 10 Pontianak

    The aims of this research is to determine the differences between learning outcomes of students who were taught using the learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) with learning outcomes of students who were taught using the learning model conventional on the atomic structure learning material and to know the influence of the learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) to improvement of students learning outcomes. The method of this research is quasi-experiment and the design of research is nonequivalent pretest postest control group design. Data was analyzed by parametrical statistics which was t-test. The result shows that there are differences between students who were taught using learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) with students who were taught using learning model conventional. The use of the learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) gives influence about 38,3% to the improvement of the students learning outcomes

    This research aims to determine types of misconception and cause of misconception in grade XII SMA Negeri 1 Sambas. The research method that used descriptive. The research sample which had been used was 27 students.
