Improving Processes of Design and Construction of Nuclear Medicine Facilities

The article describes the organisation of the design and construction processes for nuclear medicine facilities in Russia. One of the key problems in this field has to do with the need to use custom-designed equipment whose specifications must be tailored to specific design solutions early on in the design process. However, this factor is ignored by the design-in-stages approach and by the legislation that regulates this area in Russia. Based on our vast experience drafting and analysing regulations, we have come up with a solution to this problem. The idea is to include a preliminary pre-design stage in the process. This preliminary stage would comprise a preliminary assessment of the safety of the healthcare facility, a feasibility study, a selection of the manufacturer to produce the required custom equipment and a draft sketch of the equipment. This would eliminate problems and errors at the later design and construction stages, eliminating non-conformances and the need to make amendments to existing documentation. At the same time, the proposed solution would not increase the time needed for design and construction

Спецслужбы иностранных государств, международные организации и СМИ, поддерживаемые ими, как субъекты манипулятивного воздействия на молодежь

The process of social manipulation of modern youth is the object of the study. Foreign intelligence services, international organizations and the media, supported by them as agents of the process of social manipulation of young people is the subject of the research. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of the systemic crisis of the basic institutions and institutions of socialization of modern Russian society, there is an urgent need to develop effective mechanisms to counter the manipulative effects of various, not unambiguous subjects of social life. These subjects use young people as an object of manipulation, as well as testing of political, social and psychological technologies and experiments on them. In this context, the systematization of relevant scientific knowledge about the activities of foreign intelligence agencies, international organizations and the media, supported by them as important subjects of social manipulation, is an important task facing modern Russian society and science. The analysis of the activities of these agents of social manipulation confirmed the relevance, novelty and prospects of the development of this problem, as well as the urgent need to limit the influence of these actors on the political life of Russian society, as well as the younger generation of our country.Объектом исследования является процесс социального манипулирования современной молодежью. Предмет исследования – спецслужбы иностранных государств, международные организации и СМИ, поддерживаемые ими, как агенты-субъекты процесса социального манипулирования молодежью. Актуальность выбора темы исследования обусловлена тем, что в условиях системного кризиса базовых институтов и институтов социализации современного российского общества существует насущная потребность в выработке эффективных механизмов противодействия манипулятивному воздействию различных неоднозначных субъектов общественной жизнедеятельности на современную молодежь, использующих ее как объект манипуляций, а также апробаций на ней политических, социально-психологических технологий и экспериментов. В этом контексте систематизация соответствующих научных знаний о деятельности спецслужб иностранных государств, международных организаций и СМИ, поддерживаемых ими, как значимых субъектов социального манипулирования, является важной задачей, стоящей перед современным российским обществом и наукой. Проведенный анализ деятельности этих агентов-структур социального манипулирования подтвердил актуальность, новизну и перспективность разработки данной проблематики, а также насущную потребность в ограничении влияния этих субъектов на политическую жизнь российского общества, а также на молодое поколение нашей страны
