The study of the reproductive function of women is critical at present since women are the most sensitive population group. Women's health is influenced by unfavorable climatic and geographic factors as well as characteristics of employment. Considering this aspect, we carried out a survey of women with endocrine infertility living in Nizhnevartovsk and working in various branches of industry. A multi-aspect analysis of the parameters of their hormonal status was carried out: we determined concentration of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in different phases of the menstrual cycle in women with endocrine infertility; established the dependence of progesterone and estradiol secretion from the phase of the menstrual cycle; and studied the dependence of blood levels of hormones from the season of the year as well as from professional occupation. The examined women with a menstrual cycle with luteal phase deficiency demonstrate significant increase in the concentration of luteinizing hormone in the blood serum during the follicular phase, women with anovulatory cycles show a steady increase in the concentration of luteinizing hormone throughout the cycle. Analysis of the seasonal changes of the endocrine profile in women reveal an increase in the concentration of follicle stimulating hormone in winter (in the first phase of the cycle) and an increase of LH level in the first phase of the ovarian cycle during the summer period.The endocrine profile parameters in the surveyed women are not dependent on their professional occupation

Π°ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π΄ΠΈΠ°Π±Π΅ΡΠ°.This article is devoted to the assessment of some biochemical blood indicators (concentration of glucose, general protein, sodium and potassium) of diabetic residents of the northern cities, depending on their gender, season, and the type of the disease. It is shown that all examined diabetic patients of the northern city, irrespective of their gender and the type of the disease, had a concentration of glucose in blood above the age clinical norm. The women suffering from the insulin non-dependent diabetes had the studied indicator lower, than the men with the identical disease. When comparing the level of glucose in blood of the women sick with insulin non-dependent diabetes, the studied indicator was lower, than for their contemporaries suffering from the insulin dependent diabetes. The majority of the surveyed had the concentration of sodium, potassium and the general protein in blood in limits of their age norm. Average values of glucose concentration in blood of the residents of the northern city were much higher during the autumn and winter periods. In the summer the indicator of glucose was on the most lower level of hyperglycemia. The high level of hyperglycemia during cold seasons can be explained with climatic factors which have a negative impact on the health of the inhabitants of the North. Cold weatherβs influence increases the residentsβ volume of breath and oxygen consumption. Severe climatic conditions, seasonal biorhythm, sharp differences of atmospheric pressure, associated chronic diseases, the aggravated ecological situation in the area β all these factors in total aggravate the course of diabetes

It is shown that children most frequently have such pathologies as: impaired posture (42%), caries (39%) and myopia (25%). Maximum number of surveyed rural students can be attributed to the II group of health (66%), absolutely healthy children accounted for 30%. Parents of the examined children have a low level of knowledge about the healthy way of life. Students are often irrational and do not comply with the regime of the day. Most students have a normal body weight. Identified shortfalls and excess body weight. Overweight was more often detected in adolescence. The number of children between 7 to 18 years with low Shapovalova index values, which demonstrates the strength of the abdominal muscles increases. The greatest number of students with weak muscle development was observed among girls

A chain of growth factors of climatic character is started. Meteosensitivity shows among men and women. Imbalance and misalignment of the homeostasis of the organism in the development of the Β«North stressΒ» are induced by weather parameters β variations in atmospheric pressure, temperature, force of wind, low humidity. Subjective symptoms form three degrees of meteosensitivity. We demonstrate dependence of the functions of the body from the sex and age of the new settlers in the Northern city. Nonspecific resistant mechanisms are provided, caused by the blood in the form of hypersensitivity reactions and stress. Resistance to the psycho-emotional stress is reduced under the influence of natural environmental factors. Remigration of the settlers to the North has a negative effect on the meteosensitivity and resistance to stress, thus, decreasing the adaptive response to environmental conditions

ΡΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΠΉ.Parameters of the peripheral red blood of primary school children living in different climatic areas of Tyumen region (Tyumen, Kogalym, Tazovsky) are investigated. The analysis of parameters was carried out taking into account the influence of the northern experience, age of children at the time of arrival to the North, and the social factor. It is shown that climatic geographic factors promote formation of a hematologic norm specific to each ecological zone. Intensity of the influence of ecological and geographical factors on formation of the adaptic mechanisms is defined considerably by the age of the child at the time of his or her arrival in new climatic conditions of the Far North. It is shown that during the formation of blood parameters an important role is played by social conditions. The results obtained can be used as a standard for children aged 7 to 10, living in different climatic areas. Among the examined children groups of risk, for which higher probability of emergence and development of hypochromia states are characteristic, have been identified
