    Modern Methods of Real Investments Financing

    Financing of real investments is a basis of investment activity of the Russian enterprises in the conditions of investment process modernisation. The reasonable financing of investments solves a set of economic problems at macro, meso and micro levels, and creates favourable conditions for reforming and restructuring of economy. In modern conditions, the financial market mediates distribution of money funds between subjects of economic relations in the conditions of economy’s market system. Financial market becomes the basic tool for attraction of funds and financings of investments into real sector of economy. Thus, the company can find investment resources in the financial market only on the conditions on which the majority of financial operations is currently carried out, and only from those sources which meet investment restrictions of the enterprise. It should be admitted that real investments are the element providing effective functioning of financial and credit system of national economy. Understanding the fact that real investments represent not only expense, how investments in the future, will help to arrange investment process more effectively. Use of real investments is carried out through realisation of investment projects directed for achievement of strategic targets of the state or the enterprise. In Russia the problem of real investments attraction was always a key issue both for the authority and business. During the economic shocks this problem becomes even more topical.     Constituents of sustainable development potential of a logistics company

    The article explores the potential for sustainable development of the company in a dynamic environment. The components of the potential are composed of external and internal. For their identification and analysis, tools such as SNW- and SWOT-analysis are used on the example of a construction industry enterprise. It was revealed that internal stability is formed under the influence of management tools. It includes organizational, investment, production, technological and financial sustainability. External stability includes global, regional and national. For a deeper analysis it is desirable to apply the indicator of sustainable development. With its help, it is possible to analyze the development of the enterprise in terms of dynamics, compare different enterprises and identify bottlenecks among the components of sustainable development potential. The indicator is flexible and takes into account industry specifics. The authors concluded that the innovative component should be present in all areas of the enterprise

    The formation and development of the waste processing industry is important in the social and economic life of society. Ensuring environmental safety, rational nature management and minimizing the negative impact of waste on the environment are priority areas for the development of the Voronezh region. Currently, the regional system for managing municipal solid waste is being modernized through the formation of inter-municipal environmental waste processing clusters (IEWC). In this regard, the need to study the issue of assessing the effectiveness of ongoing measures to form an integrated infrastructure for safe waste management is very relevant, especially in the context of digitalization. The analysis of the system of target indicators of the federal and regional levels for the disposal, disposal and disposal of waste. As a result of the study, it was concluded that environmental indicators prevail in the management system in the field of safe waste management. The team of authors examined the variety of properties and characteristics of socio-ecological clusters and, on the basis of a comparative analysis, highlighted criteria by which it is possible to assess the results of digital transformation and the efficiency of the functioning of the sphere of safe waste management in our region. Using the results of this study will make it possible to analyze and control the degree of achievement of the objectives of the regional program for the modernization of the waste management sector in order to make effective management decisions in the context of digital transformation

    In the Strategy for socio-economic development of the Voronezh region for the period until 2035, one of the main problems in the field of waste management is the rather low level of waste involvement in economic turnover. Improving of the current situation is expected by introducing resource-saving and low-waste technologies; implementation of a territorial and regional waste management program, as well as through the creation of an environmentally friendly waste management infrastructure. The implementation of these measures is expected within the framework of the state program "Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources" in order to increase the level of development of human capital and the quality of life of the population of the Voronezh region. In a scientific study a comparative analysis method was used. This article discusses the essence of the concept of the infrastructure of a waste processing cluster, infrastructure facilities are classified. The urgency of creating and the need to develop the infrastructure of a waste processing cluster on the territory of the Voronezh region is formulated. Role of the human resource management subsystem in the emerging knowledge economy is shown. Criteria of sustainable economic development, with the focus on the innovative aspect are developed. Scheme of the methodology of application of the cognitive technologies on the example of the eco-housing construction, which represents the systemically important direction for the investment-construction complex. Realization of the offered methods allows to develop recommendations on stimulation of the “green” building, that will promote the growth of innovation activity in the construction industry and its institutional subsystem
