Methodology of the Investigation of the Crime of Pimping
In the context of poverty, economic instability, unemployment affects more people, there are situations / temptations which apparently legal answering gains can be fast without working hard. The immediate result is in a state of danger to public morals and social life relationships. We aimed to present the investigation of the crime of pimping which often is related to the crime of prostitution and human trafficking through an interdisciplinary approach of criminal law and criminology. I see the point of the first part of the article briefly present the constitutive elements of the offense, it is an article that addresses international readership and thus give them the opportunity to become acquainted with the Romanian legislation. The aim of the research is on the one hand to show the differences in light pimping crime Criminal Code of Romania into force (February 2013) and vision legislator in the new Criminal Code of Romania and secondly to highlight which features forensic investigation the offense, often complex and difficult due to enlargement investigation of an offense of procuring the first step to prostitution and trafficking networks, trans. Presentation topic by analyzing existing legislation, the relevant respects in relation to the new regulations, by exemplifying the work of investigating the cases from judicial practice makes the subject article to be presented in an original way to bring new elements and a critical approach dynamics in the context of legislation
INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES AGAINST FAMILY MEMBERS
The authors intended the first part of the article to present considerations on the moraland legal rules that provide for the rights and obligations of participants in familyrelationships. An analysis of acts constituting offences in light of the New Romanian CriminalCode will be provided.Part two will include the presentation of activities specific to criminal investigationswhere acts are committed that meet the elements of offences against the family, activities suchas: the crime scene investigation, the hearing of people with different standings in the case, forensic and psychiatric expertises, reconstructions, searches
Recognition and Combinatorial Optimization Algorithms for Bipartite Chain Graphs
In this paper we give a recognition algorithm in O(n(n+m)) time for bipartite chain graphs, and directly calculate the density of such graphs. For their stability number and domination number, we give algorithms comparable to the existing ones. We point out some applications of bipartite chain graphs in chemistry and approach the Minimum Chain Completion problem
Computer Aided Education Systems in Knowledge Based Society: from SUPER-Test to MULTIMEDIA & OFFICE-Test
This paper analyzes the testing and self-testing processes for the Computer Aided Education System (CAES) SuperTest Package [14], used at the Academy of Economic Studies of Chisinau, Moldova and recently implemented at the University of Bacau, Romania and Ciprian Porumbescu College, Chisinau. We also discuss here the development of such type of CAES as MULTIMEDIA and MULTIMEDIA&OFFICE Testing Methods - the CAES software - from the Information Society and Knowledge Society point of view.Computer aided education systems, test, knowledge based society
On Polar, Trivially Perfect Graphs
During the last decades, different types of decompositions have been processed in the field of graph theory. In various problems, for example in the construction of recognition algorithms, frequently appears the so-called weakly decomposition of graphs.Polar graphs are a natural extension of some classes of graphs like bipartite graphs, split graphs and complements of bipartite graphs. Recognizing a polar graph is known to be NP-complete. For this class of graphs, polynomial algorithms for the maximum stable set problem are unknown and algorithms for the dominating set problem are also NP-complete.In this paper we characterize the polar graphs using the weakly decomposition, give a polynomial time algorithm for recognizing graphs that are both trivially perfect and polar, and directly calculate the domination number. For the stability number and clique number, we give polynomial time algorithms.
Computer Aided Education System SuperTest. Present and Prospective
This paper analyzes the testing and self-testing process for the Computer Aided Education System (CAES) SuperTest, used at the Academy of Economic Studies of Chisinau, Moldova and recently implemented at the University of Bacau, Romania. We discuss here the future of this software, from the Information Society and Knowledge Society point of view.computer aided, education, knowledge
Mathematical Modeling of the Relation between Electrospun Nanofibers Characteristics and the Process Parameters
Electrospinning, the most favorable process of obtaining nanofibers, is capable of processing solution or melt polymers, ceramic materials or metals in many morphological variants, thus providing diverse functionalities. The chapter reviews the main ways in which nanofibers’ characteristics can be influenced by solution parameters, process parameters and ambient conditions, afterwards focusing on the role of some of the most significant electrospinning parameters (applied voltage, flow rate, nozzle to collector distance) on the diameter of the nanofibers. Experimental studies to model the influence of process parameters in the case of electrospinning polyetherimide solutions are presented. Response surface methodology and MATLAB simulation software have been used to obtain the mathematical models that indicate the most favorable parameters
The Influence of Terroir on Phenolic Composition of Red Grapes
A rich content of phenolic compounds (anthocyans and tannins) is a fundamental technological condition for the obtaining of quality red wines - appreciated by increasing numbers of consumers, aware of the benefic health effects brought about by these biologically active compounds. The biosynthesis of phenols and their accumulation in the grape berries during ripening is influenced by a multitude of factors. In this study we focused on terroir and on the biological potential of the authorized red varieties for wines with controlled denomination of origin in four centres of three well-established viticultural regions: the Hills of Dobrogea, the Hills of Moldova, the Hills of Muntenia and Oltenia. The polyphenolic potential of the grapes was evaluated for the crop of 2015 by the standard Glories method, thus obtaining results for the total polyphenolic potential (ApH1), the extractable anthocyans potential (ApH3,2), the percentage of anthocyans extractability (%AE), the maturity of the seeds (MS) and total polyphenols (PT). By classifying the freshly harvested grapes on the basis of their phenolic potential using the statistical method of Principal Component Analysis, the studied varieties are clearly differentiated based on the viticultural terro
