DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FORMS OF SPATIAL-INTERACTION NETWORKING: RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL CENTERS
Background: The article considers the features, types, and forms of the spatial interaction network that arise during forming and functioning of world-class scientific and educational centers. Aim: The authors determine development scenarios of new forms of spatial-interaction network, which involve interaction within the framework of a research and educational center, and the development of regional, interregional spatial interaction network between research and educational centers in priority areas of the development of the science and technology complex of Russia. Results: A presented model of the spatial interaction network within the framework of research and educational centers assumes the active participation of society in the innovative activities of research and educational centers through social networks and public associations. The features of regional and interregional spatial-interaction networks are considered, and the effectiveness of these spatial network collaborations is evaluated. Conclusion: A proposed model of the spatial interaction network of research and educational centers consists of three main blocks of the spatial interaction network of research and educational centers which contribute to the development of a single innovation space and the spread of innovations in the country.
Decision-Making for the Supply Chain Management in Conditions of Economic Turbulence
Abstractβ The decision-making process for supply chain management is complex and involves multiple people across multiple teams. This article deals with the problem of choosing an optimal management solution in a turbulent economy. We systematise new management risks in the context of a pandemic are systematized. A method for constructing an integral risk assessment function for managerial decision-making is proposed. We identify aneed for an expert community to make more informed decisions has been identified. The research propose a simulation of new management risks in the context of a pandemic is proposed. Specific supply chains are faced with the situation where they have to accept uncertainty but need to develop a strategy that enables them still to match supply and demand. Hence, this research works in this direction and identifies various supply chain strategies to match demand and supply efficiently and effectively
The environmental impact of the reconstruction and development of the coastal marine transport infrastructure
The coastal marine transport is one of the important components defining development of all Black Sea coast of Russia. Questions of need of restoration of coastal passenger traffic within the coast of Greater Sochi in connection with intensive development of tourism in Krasnodar Region of Russia and the questions of the organization of the transport communication between a coastal towns and settlements are considered. Need of further implementation of the program of reconstruction and construction of port points (moorings) and objects of coastal transport infrastructure in the Sochi region and in all Black Sea coast of Russia is shown. The analysis of a problem of environmental protection, which can arise at implementation of the project of reconstruction and development of coastal sea transport infrastructure in the Sochi region, is made. Possible ways of their solution for reduction of impacts on the environment are proposed. Introduction of the program of development of objects of coastal transport in the region, taking into account environment will contribute to sustainable development of the region
Peculiarities of development of digital financial ecosystem
The development of information society based on creating digital information channels fosters the expansion of virtual interaction of the participants of social relations. It gives rise to technological transformation of financial infrastructure and fosters related changes in other spheres of economy and social life. This research is aimed at finding out peculiarities of forming and developing digital financial microsystems and determining possible scenarios of the development of the Russian national financial ecosystem. The analysis of the statistical data has shown that developing digital technologies leads to the transformation of financial services consumer behaviour. They move from off-line environment with cash payments to the on-line service with non-cash settlements predominance and distant interaction. The trust in fintech-companies and digital financial services is constantly increasing. The caried-out analysis has shown that digitalization of financial sector increases its financial accessibility and fosters poverty reduction (Wang, Yang, Chiu & Lin, 2020) and provides economic growth (Siddik & Kabiraj, 2020). It forms the basis for the transformation of financial architecture and the expansion of digital financial ecosystems in Russia. On the basis of world experience as well as Russian practice, the authors determined the elements and principles of digital financial ecosystem development, identified types of forming and levels of ecosystems functioning.The authors considered two variants of forming the national digital financial ecosystem that differ in the form of interaction of state and private ecosystems functioning. Relevance One of the basic directions of the cabbage crop breeding is the creation of F1 hybrids with a complex of economically valuable traits. This process is difficult and time-consuming as to get pure lines must be within 6-12 years hold inbreeding. Herewith not every line gives the desired heterotic effect that also requires additional verification. Methods Biotechnological method culture of isolated microspores in vitro, which allows in the first generation to receive a line with 100% homozygosity, was used to speed up the breeding process. Combination ability were performed in complete diallel cross on the basic morphological signs. Results Culture medium for cultivation of isolated microspores in vitro was optimized for each genotype of cabbage for the best embryoids regeneration. Maximum amount of embryoids was received on medium with pH 6.2 using ampicillin 100 mg/l and zeatin 1 mg/l: 466.7 Β± 153.2 PCs/100 buds. A new source material for breeding β doubled haploid lines of cabbage was received. Lines β the best parents for F1 hybrids with high yield, compact rosette of leaves, with optimum inside and short outside cabbage stump was created. Estimation of alongshore sediment discharge on pebble and sandy beaches
A unified approach has been developed to assess the integral alongshore sediment transport for the conditions of heterogeneous pebble and sandy beaches. The energy formulas for determining the sediment discharge have been modified for the conditions for calculating the integral alongshore sediment transport on heterogeneous pebble and sandy beaches. For this, the coefficient included in the energy formulas is determined using the Ackers-White method
