Balance training of the equilibrium organ and its effect on flight strategy
An experimental program was conducted with the pendular platform of the Oto-Rhino-Laryngology Clinic, which was developed for the investigation of disturbances of the equilibrium. The equilibrium sense of the glider pilot was emphasized. Results are presented
The neutron halo of He in a microscopic model
The two--neutron separation energy of He has been reproduced for the
first time in a realistic parameter--free microscopic multicluster model
comprising the and clusterizations, with cluster
breathing excitations included. The contribution of the channel is
substantial. A very thick (0.85 fm) neutron halo has been found in full
agreement with the results of the latest phenomenological analysis.Comment: Submitted to Phys. Rev. C, 8 pages, Latex with Revtex, 2 figures (not

Resonances in the three-neutron system
A study of 3-body resonances has been performed in the framework of
configuration space Faddeev equations. The importance of keeping a sufficient
number of terms in the asymptotic expansion of the resonance wave function is
pointed out. We investigated three neutrons interacting in selected force
components taken from realistic nn forces.Comment: 38 pages, 11 tables, 4 figure
Few-body resonances in light nuclei
We have localized several few-body resonances in light nuclei, using methods which can properly handle two- or three-body resonant states. Among other results, we predict the existence of a three-neutron resonance, small spin-orbit splittings between the low-lying states in He-5 and Li-5, the nonexistence of the soft dipole resonance in He-6, new 1+ states in Li-8 and B-8, and the presence of a nonlinear amplification phenomenon in the 0+_2 state of C-12
