    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan tempat secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Suzuki di PT. Sunindo Varia Motor Gemilang Medan dan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk. kualitas pelayanan, harga dan tempat secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Suzuki di PT. Sunindo Varia Motor Gemilang Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu mempunyai hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti dengan variabel yang lain. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang datang berkunjung dan membeli sepeda motor Suzuki di PT. Sunindo Varia Motor Gemilang Medan selama 1 bulan sebanyak 130 orang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut sampel dalam penelitian ini selama 26 hari sebanyak 130 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisa regresi tinier berganda dengan menggunakan Software SPSS for 17 .00. Berdasarkan basil penelitian diketehui bahwa nilai Fhilunc > F11ocl (35.272 > 1.377), maka Ho ditolak, artinya kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan tempat secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Suzuki di PT. Sun.indo Varia Motor Gemilang Medan.Sementara Variabel kualitas produk diketahui bahwa thitung> ttabel(4,768 > 1,960) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda motor Suzuki Pada Perusahaan PT. Sun.indo Vario Motor Gemilang Cabang Medan, Sedangkan Variabel kualitas pelayanan diketahui bahwa lhf1ung > liaoet (3,115 > 1,960) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda motor Suzuki Pada Perusahaan PT. Sunindo Varia Motor Gemilang Cabang Medan, Variabel harga diketahui bahwa thitung> ttabel(3,902 > 1,960) sebingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa barga secara parsial berpengarub signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda motor Suzuki Pada Perusahaan PT. Sunindo Varia Motor Gemilang Cabang Medan. danVariabel tempat diketahui bahwa th1tuog > ltabet (2,407 > J,960) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tempat secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terbadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda motor Suzuki Pada Perusahaan PT.     Developing Learning Materials Based on Problem-Based Learning to Improving Students Mathematical Problem Solving Ability and Self-Regulated Learning at MAN Hutagodang Labuhanbatu Selatan

    There were three objectives of this research, namely; (1) to describe the validity of learning devices based on problem-based learning model to improve the ability of mathematical problem solving and students’ self-regulated learning; 2) to describe the practicality of learning devices based on problem-based learning model to improve the ability of mathematical problem solving and students’ self-regulated learning; 3) to describe the effectiveness of learning devices based on problem-based learning model to improve the ability of mathematical problem solving and students’ self-regulated learning; and 4) improvement of mathematical problem solving ability and self regulated learning of students taught through problem-based learning based device. This research is a development research. This research was conducted through two stages, the first stage, the development of learning devices based on problem-based learning using Four-D development model, and the second phase tested the of learning devices based on problem-based learning developed in the XI IPA-1 and XI IPA-2 MAN Hutagodang Labuhanbatu Selatan class. From the results of experiment I and experiment  II obtained: 1) problem-based learning developed valid; 2) problem-based learning developed practically; 3) problem-based learning  that are developed effectively, in terms of a) students' learning mastery in experiment I test of 71.43% and 92% in experiment II; b) the achievement of teachers' ability to manage the learning on experiment I of 2.83 (good enough) and experiment II of 3.37 (good); 4) improvement of students' mathematical problem solving ability increased from t experiment I with an average of 76.91 to 8.15 in experiment II; and 5) increased student self-regulated learning increased from experiment I with an average of 2.97 to 3.03 in experiment II.     Abstract Research on Community Acceptance of the Company's Existence weaving the SLO instrument developed by Thomson and Boutilier (2011), the research uses a two-stage qualitative approach, the first uses a benchmark of SLO perception value then the findings are confirmed to key stakeholders. The results showed that SLO is at Acceptance/high tolerance, i.e. that the company has crossed the threshold of legitimacy to operate.     The development of the Ulap Doyo weaving industry in East Kalimantan is constrained by doyo plants availability as raw material. Cultivation of Doyo or Marasi plant conventionally faces obstacles due to the low germination rate and deteriotation of doyo seeds. Tissue culture is considered as an important technology for mass propagation producing disease-free, high quality, uniform and rapid production of planting material. This study aims to induce regeneration and increase the multiplication of doyo plant for mass multiplication to support the doyo plant conservation program. The research was conducted in 3 stages: shoot initiation, shoot multiplication and plant regeneration (root induction). Shoot initiation and multiplication experiments were carried out using several combinations of 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) and Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) in solid MS media, and two explants types, shoots and rhizomes. The root induction was carried out by growing the plants in MS media containing 0.25 mg L-1 IBA. The results showed that the rhizome was the best part of the plant as a source of explants in doyo plant tissue culture. Initiation medium of 3.75 mg L-1 BAP + 0.50 mg L-1 IBA and the multiplication medium of  37.50 mg L-1 BAP + 0.50 mg L-1 IBA, gave the best effect resulting in the highest survival and responsiveness percentage (80%), percentage of shoot producing explants( 60%, and number of shoots per explant ( 4.00). The plant regeneration has good potential for doyo plant mass propagation, in which 87.50% of the resulting shoots were able to form good root system.Pengembangan industri kerajinan tenun Ulap Doyo di Kalimantan Timur terkendala sulitnya mendapatkan tanaman doyo sebagai bahan baku. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk pembudidayaan doyo adalah dengan kultur jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginduksi regenerasi dan meningkatkan multiplikasi tunas tanaman doyo untuk perbanyakan tanaman secara massal dalam waktu yang relatif singkat sehingga dapat mendukung program konservasi tanaman doyo. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan: tahap inisiasi tunas, multiplikasi tunas dan regenerasi tanaman (induksi pengakaran). Percobaan inisiasi dan multiplikasi tunas menggunakan RAL faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu variasi kombinasi konsentrasi ZPT BAP dan IBA dalam media MS padat (7 kombinasi), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah jenis eksplan yaitu tunas dan rimpang. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang 5 kali. Tahapan regenerasi tanaman dilakukan dengan menumbuhkan tanaman pada media MS padat yang mengandung 0,25 mg L-1 IBA untuk merangsang pertumbuhan akar. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan uji BNJ 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rimpang merupakan bagian tanaman terbaik sebagai sumber eksplan dalam kultur jaringan tanaman doyo, eksplan rimpang yang diinduksi pada media perlakuan inisiasi i6 = 3,75 mg L-1 BAP + 0,50  mg L-1 IBA dan media perlakuan multiplikasi m6 = 37,50 mg L-1 BAP + 0,50  mg L-1 IBA, memberikan pengaruh terbaik dengan persentase hidup dan responsif tertinggi yaitu 80% serta persentase bertunas tertinggi yaitu 60% dengan rerata jumlah tunas per eksplan 4,00. Regenerasi tanaman hasil multiplikasi memiliki potensi yang baik untuk perbanyakan tanaman secara massal yang ditandai dengan 87,50% tunas yang dihasilkan mampu membentuk sistem perakaran yang baik
