The article is devoted to the mythical restructuring in Michel Tournier's novel “The Erl-King”. The movement of the plot is based on the internal development of the idea of “Phoria” - the act of “bearing”. The essay investigates various aspects of the “phoria”, transformation and inversion of the traditional myth as the main poetic principles in Tournier's fiction. Considerable attention is paid to photography appearing both as the way of mythologizing of an object and as the consuming of the model. The article presents an analysis of the relation between denotation and connotation in the main symbols and signs in the novel. Basic motives of the writer are represented by auto-intertextual discourse.

AIM: To improve the results of surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study investigated the effectiveness of a comprehensive preoperative preparation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The clinical efficacy of traditional methods of preoperative preparation (compression bandaging of the lower extremities during surgery and in the postoperative period and Fraxiparine at a prophylactic dose) was compared with the same preoperative protocol used in combination with intravenous laser blood irradiation. The explored parameters included changes in clinical and laboratory coagulation indices and prostatic blood flow measured by Doppler sonography. The real time visualization was used to assess the effect of intravenous laser irradiation of blood on the morphofunctional state of platelets.CONCLUSION: The study findings showed a high effectiveness of intravenous laser blood irradiation in preoperative preparation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. It was found to reduce the incidence of thrombotic events by 6% and hemorrhagic complications by 4.9% (p<0.05)

Introduction. The quality control of a medicinal product needs to be systematically improved in connection with a continuous increase in the requirements for the quality of medicines. When assessing the quality of substances and drugs, the most important indicators are authenticity, the content of the main substance and impurities. This makes it relevant to introduce modern physical and chemical methods of analysis into industrial practice in determining parameters such as authenticity, the content of the main substance and impurities. The choice and applicability of a particular method is possible only when conducting comparative studies on the application of a particular method to solve this problem. The method should preferably be recommended by the Pharmacopoeia, give unambiguous results, and the analysis should not be expensive and affordable. The methods chosen for comparative analysis are well known, but it should be noted that in recent years, instrument-making companies have significantly improved their instrument base and expanded their capabilities. Therefore, one of the objectives of this article is to demonstrate the capabilities of the selected methods for solving the problems of drug quality control using dalargin as an example. Aim. To develop methods for determining the authenticity of the active substance in a substance – Dalargin powder using NMR spectroscopy, IR spectrometry, and Mass spectroscopy. Conduct a comparative analysis of the applicability of the selected methods to solve the problem. Materials and methods. To determine the authenticity of the substance – the powder «Dalargin» used the methods of mass spectrometry,13 C NMR and1H NMR spectrometry and IR spectrometry. Results and discussions. Methods have been developed for determining the authenticity of the test substance by NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry. A comparative study of the possibilities of the selected methods in solving the problem. Conclusions were drawn about the applicability of the NMR method not only in determining the authenticity of dalargin, but also in solving the problem of determining the content of the main substance and impurities. Conclusion. Authenticity methods have been developed in the substance – Dalargin powder by Mass, IR, and NMR spectrometry. It has been established that1H NMR spectrometry is a more informative method for authenticating. © Shulzhenko M. G., Vasilenko I. A., Ugrak B. I., Shohin I. E., Medvedev Yu. V., Malashenko E. Pedagogical activity implies persistent perfection of professional skills and expertise, caused by extensive use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, which requires a creative approach in work. The innovative work mode in the conditions of total digitizing of education brings about different one-off circumstances which are not included into the existing methodology. The pedagogue’s task is to use professional and creative qualities in order to find a true recipe for solving arisen problems with the use of computer technologies. This is what determines the requirements to the modern pedagogue in terms of continuous development of his/her creative thinking. In the conditions of the changing educational paradigm, building a creative educational environment for learning foreign languages take on particular significance as it facilitates both the development of the learner’s initial creative potential and his/her further growth as a linguistic persona and an increase of aspiration to life-long self-development. The main requirements to the digital educational environment are a high level of uncertainty and problem, continuity and consistency, accepting the learner and involving him/her into an active educational process. The distinctive features of the digital didactic language environment, which is a foreign language educational space, are the communicative approach to the educational process, as well as pragmatic, developmental, action-oriented, personality-focused character of education. Creative teaching of language in the conditions of digital educational environment results positively, it facilitates stable interest in and motivation to learning a foreign language, the development of creative thinking and creative abilities, the evolvement of a second- language persona, and is a guarantee of successful professional, social and personal self-realization. © 2019, World Academy of Research in Science and Engineering.
