Applying process mining techniques and neural networks to creating and assessment of business process models
The article presents an approach for automated generation of business process
models by applying process mining techniques to event logs created during the operation of
information systems used in an organization. Existing algorithms for process mining are
discussed. Criteria for performing a comparative analysis of these algorithms are specified. А
framework is proposed in which to build and analyze business process models. The framework
includes tools for initial analysis of the event log file, extracting elements of a business process
model, and composing a new model by applying a trained neural network
Polarity of selected derivatives of diselenophosphinic acid
© 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. Polarity of diselenophosphinates in benzene solution has been determined by second Debye method. We suggest that these compounds exist as a mixture of several conformers with cis and gauche arrangement of substituents at the phosphorus atom with respect to the P=Se bond
Conformational analysis of secondary arylalkylphosphine selenides
Conformational analysis of bis(2-phenylalkyl)phosphine selenides was performed by the dipole moment method and quantum-chemical calculations. Bis(2-phenylpropyl)phosphine selenide was found to exist as a mixture of several conformers, the most energetically favorable of which being characterized by gauche (non-eclipsed) orientation of the P=Se and Csp3-C sp3 bonds. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2012
Polarity and conformational analysis of secondary phosphine selenides
The polarities of bis(2-phenylethyl) and bis(2-phenylpropyl) phosphine selenides were determined and conformational analysis of these phosphine selenides was carried out by the method of dipole moments, IR spectroscopy, and quantum chemical calculations. They exist as an equilibrium of several conformers, and the preferred conformers have gauche orientation of the P = Se and Csp3 - Csp3 bonds. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC
Synthesis and conformational analysis of phosphine selenides
© Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2016.Methods of preparation of complex phosphine selenide via the original Trofimov–Gusarova reaction are described. The results of the products conformational analysis by means of a set of physical methods (IR spectroscopy, dipole moments, and quantum chemical calculation) are presented
Polarity and structure of derivatives of bis(2-phenylethyl)selenophosphinic acid
© 2017 IUPAC & De Gruyter.Conformational analysis of derivatives of bis(2-phenylethyl)selenophosphinic acid was carried out by the method of dipole moments and density functional theory calculations. The conformations of the examined compounds fit into the overall conformational picture for the PIV compounds: These derivatives exist as conformational equilibrium of non-eclipsed gauche and trans forms with propeller arrangement of the substituents relative to the P=Se bond. We stipulate that the eclipsed cis orientation of substituent may be caused by the formation of H-contact
DICER and DROSHA gene expression in peripheral mononuclear blood cells from rheumatoid arthritis patients under methotrexate therapy
The aim of this research was studying the level of DROSHA and DICER genes expression in peripheral mononuclear blood cells (PBMC) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients under methotrexate therapy. Materials and methods. 82 people (from 45 to 70 years) enrolled in this study were divided into 3 groups (the first one - healthy donors (n=33 median age 49.93±1.87); the second group - rheumatoid arthritis patients without any therapy (n=15; median age 57.28±15.18) and the third group (n=34; median age 60.88±9.02) - rheumatoid arthritis patients who treated at least 4 weeks with methotrexate therapy (10-20 mg/week). The DICER and DROSHA genes expression level was determined by real-time PCR. Results. The number of DICER gene transcripts in PBMC in rheumatoid arthritis patients without therapy as in RA patients treated with methotrexate was reduced in comparison with the healthy donors (p0.05 respectively). The level of DROSHA gene expression in PBMC was not significantly different in all groups enrolled in this study (p>0.05). Conclusion. Our findings suggest that that the DICER gene expression level in perifheral mononuclear blood cells decreased with the development of rheumatoid arthritis. Methotrexate doesn’t influence on the mRNA level of this gene
Vasa vasorum lumen narrowing in brain vascular hyalinosis in systemic hypertension patients who died of ischemic stroke
Ischemic stroke is a major cause of death among patients with systemic hypertension. The narrowing of the lumen of the brain vasculature contributes to the increased incidence of stroke. While hyalinosis represents the major pathological lesions contributing to vascular lumen narrowing and stroke, the pathogenic mechanism of brain vascular hyalinosis has not been well characterized. Thus, the present study examined the postmortem brain vasculature of human patients who died of ischemic stroke due to systemic hypertension. Hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry showed the occurrence of brain vascular hyalinosis with infiltrated plasma proteins along with the narrowing of the vasa vasorum and oxidative stress. Transmission electron microscopy revealed endothelial cell bulge protrusion into the vasa vasorum lumen and the occurrence of endocytosis in the vasa vasorum endothelium. The treatment of cultured microvascular endothelial cells with adrenaline also promoted the formation of the bulge as well as endocytic vesicles. The siRNA knockdown of sortin nexin-9 (a mediator of clathrin-mediated endocytosis) inhibited adrenaline-induced endothelial cell bulge formation. Adrenaline promoted protein-protein interactions between sortin nexin-9 and neural Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome protein (a regulator of actin polymerization). Spontaneously hypertensive stroke-prone rats also exhibited lesions indicative of brain vascular hyalinosis, the endothelial cell protrusion into the lumen of the vasa vasorum, and endocytosis in vasa vasorum endothelial cells. We propose that endocytosis-dependent endothelial cell bulge protrusion narrows the vasa vasorum, resulting in ischemic oxidative damage to cerebral vessels, the formation of hyalinosis, the occurrence of ischemic stroke, and death in systemic hypertension patients
Wheat-barley hybridization – the last forty years
Abstract Several useful alien gene transfers have
been reported from related species into wheat (Triticum
aestivum), but very few publications have dealt
with the development of wheat/barley (Hordeum
vulgare) introgression lines. An overview is given
here of wheat 9 barley hybridization over the last
forty years, including the development of
wheat 9 barley hybrids, and of addition and translocation
lines with various barley cultivars. A short
summary is also given of the wheat 9 barley hybrids
produced with other Hordeum species. The meiotic
pairing behaviour of wheat 9 barley hybrids is presented,
with special regard to the detection of wheat–
barley homoeologous pairing using the molecular
cytogenetic technique GISH. The effect of in vitro
multiplication on the genome composition of intergeneric
hybrids is discussed, and the production and
characterization of the latest wheat/barley translocation
lines are presented. An overview of the agronomical
traits (b-glucan content, earliness, salt tolerance,
sprouting resistance, etc.) of the newly developed
introgression lines is given. The exploitation and
possible use of wheat/barley introgression lines for
the most up-to-date molecular genetic studies
(transcriptome analysis, sequencing of flow-sorted
chromosomes) are also discussed
