    Studying the specific features of the hydration processes of alumina cements based on the compounds of CaO–NiO–Al₂O₃ system

    The article gives the results of studying hydration processes occurring in cement synthesis using waste products of chemical industry. Cement clinker was synthesized with the relation of initial raw components, calcium-containing water treatment waste and rejected nickel containing catalyst of AZOT Private Joint Stock Company (Severodonetsk, Luhansk Region, Ukraine), equal to 50/50. The obtained samples were studied by Strelkov minor method: normal density, setting time and mechanical strength were determined within 1, 3, 7 and 28 days. The results regarding the setting product were analyzed by differential thermal, X-ray phase analysis, microscopic analysis and electron microscopy; this enables to control the phase relation in the synthesis of a new class of aluminate cements using waste products of chemical industry. The obtained data showed the absence of cubic hydroaluminates which deteriorate the strength. The methods of physicochemical analysis revealed that the phase composition of hydrated alumina cement is represented by calcium hydroaluminate of different basicity, whereas cleavage structure consists of prismatic crystals which give dual coalescence, and this is favorable form to provide matrix self-reinforcement. The developed composition of aluminous nickel-containing cement referred to hydraulic binders. The results of physical-mechanical tests of the synthesized cements indicated that the obtained cements are quick-setting, fast-hardening and high-strength materials

    The influence of restricted geometry of diamagnetic nanoporous media on 3He relaxation

    © 2015 AIP Publishing LLC. This is an experimental study of the spin kinetics of 3He in contact with diamagnetic samples of inverse opals SiO2, and LaF3 nanopowder. It is demonstrated that the nuclear magnetic relaxation of the absorbed 3He occurs due to the modulation of dipole-dipole interaction by the quantum motion in the two-dimensional film. It is found that the relaxation of liquid 3He occurs through a spin diffusion to the absorption layer, and that the restricted geometry of diamagnetic nanoporous media has an influence on the 3He relaxation

    The authors presented the results of a study of the feed additive’s effect on the gastrointestinal tract’s microflora, hematological, biochemical, and production indicators of piglets of the technological group 0-1 month of the Large White breed, Landrace, and Duroc. For the experiment, the authors formed two groups of animals - experimental and control. Piglets of the experimental group were fed with Bimulak Pre feed additive from the 2nd to the 15th day of life. Animals of the experimental group were on the usual diet and did not receive the feed additive. As a result of studies, a positive effect of feed additive Bimulak Pre on enterobiocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract of piglets, hematological and biochemical parameters of blood, and production performance. After the application, the feed additive helps increase the amount of beneficial microflora (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli) while reducing lactose-negative variants of Escherichia coli, staphylococci, and yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida in the intestine. Using the analysis of hematological and biochemical parameters, the authors found that the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin slightly increased in the experimental group of piglets. In addition, the total number of incremental cytes decreases, the total protein content increases, and the glucose level decrease compared to the check. The use of the additive with the essential diet leads to a reduction in the mortality of piglets, increased preservation of young stock, and an increase in average daily live weight gain and average weight at weaning.Представлены результаты исследования влияния кормовой добавки на микрофлору желудочно-кишечного тракта, гематологические, биохимические и производственные показатели поросят технологической группы 0–1 месяц крупной белой породы, ландрас и дюрок. Для проведения эксперимента были сформированы две группы животных – опытная и контрольная. Поросятам опытной группы в рацион вводили кормовую добавку Бимулак Пре со 2-го по 15-й день жизни. Животные опытной группы находились на обычном рационе и кормовую добавку не получали. В результате проведенных исследований установлено положительное влияние кормовой добавки Бимулак Пре на энтеробиоценоз желудочно-кишечного тракта поросят, гематологические и биохимические показатели крови, а также производственные показатели. Кормовая добавка, после курса применения, способствует увеличению количества полезной микрофлоры (бифидо- и лактобактерий) при одновременном уменьшении лактозонегативных вариантов кишечной палочки, стафилококков и дрожжеподобных грибов рода Candida в кишечнике. Анализ гематологических и биохимических показателей показал, что в опытной группе поросят незначительно увеличивается количество эритроцитов и гемоглобина, снижается количество лейкоцитов, возрастает содержание общего белка и уменьшается уровень глюкозы по сравнению с контролем. Применение добавки вместе с основным рационом приводит к снижению падежа поросят, повышению сохранности поголовья молодняка, увеличению среднесуточного прироста живой массы и средней массы при отъеме

    VAGINAL MICROECOLOGY IN WOMEN WITH THE NON-SPECIFIC GENITAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASES AND REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION DISORDERS

    We conducted the microbiological examination of vaginal microbiota in 324 women with non-specific inflammatory diseases of the genital tract and with reproductive dysfunction. According the condition of microecological balance of indigenous microflora (lactobacilli concentration) of women we have identified three types of vaginal microbiota: "normocenosis", " dysbiosis", "deep dysbiosis" We marked deficiency oflactobacilli in every fourth women (28%) with infertility and miscarriage, and deep deficit in every second (53% in the third group) - sharp depression of the indigenous microbiota and its replacement by opportunistic (facultative anaerobic and obligate anaerobic), what indicates microecological trouble in the vaginal biotope and can be one of the causes of infectious and inflammatory diseases of genitals and other reproductive disorders. It was shown that the dominant microorganisms of pathogenic microbiota (UPM) of inflammatory diseases in women are coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS), fungi of genus Candida, Escherihia coli and Enterococcus spp. During the analysis of UPM representatives material of groups with "normocenosis", "dysbiosis" and "deep dysbiosis" an important microecological indicator was calculated which characterizing microbiocaenosis as a whole - index of species richness (ISR) - the average number of species in the composition

    The article presents the research of substrate and prebiotic properties of natural nanopolysaccharides for several species of lactobacilli isolated from vaginal biotope of women, with assessment of their species combinations.     Correlated many-body treatment of Breit interaction with application to cesium atomic properties and parity violation

    Corrections from Breit interaction to basic properties of atomic 133Cs are determined in the framework of third-order relativistic many-body perturbation theory. The corrections to energies, hyperfine-structure constants, off-diagonal hyperfine 6S-7S amplitude, and electric-dipole matrix elements are tabulated. It is demonstrated that the Breit corrections to correlations are comparable to the Breit corrections at the Dirac-Hartree-Fock level. Modification of the parity-nonconserving (PNC) 6S-7S amplitude due to Breit interaction is also evaluated; the resulting weak charge of 133^{133}Cs shows no significant deviation from the prediction of the standard model of elementary particles. The neutron skin correction to the PNC amplitude is also estimated to be -0.2% with an error bound of 30% based on the analysis of recent experiments with antiprotonic atoms. The present work supplements publication [A. Derevianko, Phys. Rev.     Searching for New Physics beyond the Standard Model in Electric Dipole Moment

    This is a theoretical review of exploration of new physics beyond the Standard Model (SM) in electric dipole moment (EDM) in elementary particles, atoms, and molecule. EDM is a very important CP violating phenomenon and sensitive to new physics. Starting with the estimations of EDM of quarks-leptons in the SM, we explore the new signals beyond the SM. However, these works drive us to more wide fronteers where we serach fundamental physics using atoms and molecules and vice versa. Paramagnetic atoms and molecules have great enhancement factor on electron EDM. Diamagnetic atoms and molecules are very sensitive to nuclear P and T odd processes. Thus the EDM becomes the key word not only of New Physics but also of unprecedented fruitful collaboration among particle, atomic. molecular physics.
