Accuracy and impact of Gartner forecasts on the IT economy

Анализируются прогнозы глобальной исследовательской и консалтинговой фирмы Gartner о развитии стратегических тенденций, которые будут определять мир IT технологий. Оценивается точность прогнозов, их влияние на экономику IT сферы. Сделаны выводы о необходимость учета прогнозов при принятии управленческих бизнес решений. The article analyzes the forecasts of the global research and consulting firm Gartner on the development of strategic trends that will determine the world of IT technologies. The accuracy of forecasts and their impact on the economy of the IT sector are evaluated. Conclusions are drawn about the need to take into account forecasts when making managerial business decisions
