Growth Respons and Production of Black Soybean Varieties (Glycine max L.) based on Seed Size.Use of yellow soybeans increases as the limited supply of black soybeans. Farmers to plant turnyellow soybean seed in higher production and larger in size than black soybean seed generally small.Size seed effect toward the utilization of soybean. The large seed size tends to be use as industrial rawmaterials while the size of small seeds use as a seed plant back. The aim of this research is toselection the use big size seed and small seed size from some varieties to increase production. Plantedon Community Land Pasar 1 Tanjung Sari, District Medan Selayang, Medan with a height of ± 25meter above sea level on Mei until August 2012. Randomized Block Design from that is varieties(Detam-1, Detam-2, Cikuray, and Mallika) and seed size (small seed size and big seed size) who thetreatment repeatedly 3 times. The parameters observased were plant height, number of branches onmain branches, flowering time, harvest time, number of pods per plant, number of pods containing,number of empty pods, production per plant, number of small size seed per plant, number of mediumsize seed per plant, and number of big size seed per plant. The research showed that the stastisticanalysis that varieties significant effects on plant height, number of branches on main branches,flowering time, harvest time, number of pods per plant, number of pods containing, number of smallsize seed per plant, number of medium size seed per plant, and number of big size seed per plant

The Feasibility Analysis of Seine Net the Mooring at Port of Belawan North Sumatra Province

This research about the analysis of Seine net was conducted on March, 17 to 31, 2015 at the Port of Belawan North Sumatra Province. This research purpose is to know the amount of capital investments and feasibility of Seine net. The method used in this research is survey method by purposive random sampling to determination of the respondents that the crew, captain and ship owners 30 GT and 60 GT are mooring in the port of Belawan. The results of this research showed that investment of the Seine net 30 GT was Rp 738.175.000 and the Seine net 60 GT was Rp 954.550.000. Investment criteria for ship of the Seine net 30 GT the value of NPV was Rp 2.688.915.982, BCR was 1,40 dan IRR was 68,64%, while the Seine net of 60 GT the value of NPV was Rp 3.547.943.205, BCR was 1,42 dan IRR was 68,82%. The Use of Fish Pond Water for Growing Chlorella SP. in Other Places

Fish pond water is rich in micro and macro nutrients originated from feces and fish feed remains and it may be used to grow the microalgae such as Chlorella sp. A study to understand the growth of Chlorella sp in the pond water media and the amount of nutrient used was conducted from January – March 2016. The Chlorella sp. was grown indoor and outdoor. Parameters measured were Chlorella sp. biomass, nitrate and phosphate content. Samplings were conducted once/10 days. Results shown that Chlorella sp. grow well in the pond water. The biomass of indoor Chlorella sp. was higher than that of the outdoor (0.005 g/L and 0.003 g/L respectively). Nitrate and phosphate content was decreased during the experiment, the nitrate was reduced by 7.4 mg/L (indoor) and 9.4 mg/L (outdoor), while the phosphate was reduced by 0.09 mg/L (indoor) and 0.26 mg/L (outdoor). This research aimed to examine the effect of the good perception of the taxation system, pay taxes awareness, the understanding of tax regulation and quality of service through the awareness of paying taxes. This research applied a survey method and its population is whole of the individual taxpayer is registered in the primary tax office Dumai. the sampling technique using purposive sampling method and determination of sampel size in this study was calculated by formula slovin obtained by 100 respondents. The data of this research using primary data directly through a questionnaires and analyzed using spss 20. The data were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analsys approach. The result of this study showed that the effect of good perception of the taxation system, pay taxes awareness, the understanding of tax regulation and quality of service have effect on willingness to pay taxes

The impact of foreign direct investment on Turkish manufacturing

In the course of the 1980s, Turkey came to recognize the need to change its attitude towards foreign investment, assigning a significant role to direct foreign investment. Hence, after the 1980s, there was a significant increase in the number of foreign firms operating in Turkey and the inf low of foreign capital to Turkey. Although the importance of foreign direct investment in the Turkish economy has been increasing, a variety of questions are far from being resolved. The important obstacle is that the available data do not let us analyze the extent and performance of foreign firms. In this study a considerable effort was made in collecting new data from foreign firms operating in the Turkish manufacturing industry. The main purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the economic effects of direct foreign investment on Turkish manufacturing. At the centre of our analysis has been the role of foreign firms in industrial concentration, technological choice and trade behaviour. In the first chapter we outline the main issues to be analyzed in this study and explain the method of collecting and processing data from foreign firms operating in the Turkish manufacturing industry. The second chapter discusses the theories and empirical evidence concerning the determinants of foreign direct investment. We also analyse the industrial distribution of direct foreign investment in Turkish manufacturing. In the third chapter we undertake an overview to the historical background of foreign firms and the legislation covering foreign investment in Turkey. At the beginning of the following three main chapters we analyze the performance of foreign firms in terms of those basic issues in the literature, according to the market imperfection approach, and later on we investigate the performance of foreign firms in Turkish manufacturing using our own data, supplemented by public sources of information

Cemâl-i Halvetî'nin “Kitâbü'n-Nûriyye ve Kevkebü'd-Dürriyye” Adlı Tefsir Risalesinin Tahkikli NeşriBu çalışma, XV. yüzyılda yaşamış olan ve Çelebi Halîfe adıyla şöhret bulan Cemâl-i Halvetî'ye(v. 899/1494) ait bir tefsir risalesini gün yüzüne çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. II. Beyazıd devrindeyaşayan ve çok yönlü bir ilim adamı olan Cemâl Halvetî'nin tasavvuf, tefsir ve hadise dair pek çokeseri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın konusu olan Kitâbü'n-Nûriyye ve Kevkebü'd-Dürriyye adlıeser, müellifin temelde Nur 24/35 ayetinin tefsirini ele aldığı ve önemli gördüğü birkaç konuhakkında da değerlendirmelerde bulunduğu bir tefsir risalesidir. İşarî tefsirin karakteristiközelliklerinin görüldüğü bu risale, ilgili ayetin tefsiri bağlamında zaman içerisinde oluşan literatürünönemli bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Tahkikli neşir, eserin ulaşılan beş nüshası üzerindenyapılmıştır. Çalışmada, öncelikle Cemâl-i Halvetî'nin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş,tahkikte esas alınan nüshaların tavsifi ve izlenen yöntem belirtilmiş ve eserin muhtevası hakkındayapılan kısa bir değerlendirmeden sonra metin verilmiştir
