    Perkembangan teknologi membuat gaya hidup masyarakat yang semakin berubah menjadi serba online dengan munculnya internet sebagai penghubung. Persaingan antar Perusahaan yang semakin ketat membuat Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan untuk membuat para pelanggan tetap puas dan loyal. Kualitas layanan elektronik dan perceived value merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh e-commerce karena dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik dan perceived value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan dalam Tokopedia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan alat ukur berupa angket yang diolah menggunakan program smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik dan perceived value berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Tokopedia

    Orphanages as institutions which accommodate, nurture, and educate orphans and underprivileged, majority are unable to survive long due to lack of public support. The lack of such assistance due to lack of publication of the existence of an orphanage to the general public and donors. To solve this problem, we did community service to orphanages in order to publicize its existence to the general public and donors with the title: Smart Pawon: “Smart Orphanage Web On Network as the Applied Technology for Developing Orphanage in Malang". The objective of this community service is to publicize the existence of the orphanage to the public and donors that will be easier for them to locate and provide assistance to orphanages. With the help of the community and donors, the orphanage is expected to be able to survive and rapidly evolving. This community service has been carried out for 4 months from preparation, data collection, purchase a domain and website creation, website management training and publications website\u27s existence. Equipment used include computers, the Internet, and the supporting equipment such as tables, and electrical current. Community service that has been done has realized the target outcome is the creation of a website holding orphanages www.pawon.net site map with the address, and the creation of a website that is a partner orphanage orphanage website Nurul Abyadh www.nurulabyadh.com, Sunan Ampel orphanage website www.pa-sunanampel.com, website – Taqwa-Alqolbi orphanage www.taqwa-alqolbi.com.     Identifikasi Struktur Bawah Permukaan Bendungan Sutami Dan Sekitarnya Berdasarkan Anomali Gayaberat

    Penelitian geofisika menggunakan metode gayaberat telah dilakukan di Bendungan Sutami dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui struktur bawah permukaan dengan melakukan pemodelan . Berdasarkan penelitian di daerah dengan luas wilayah 10x10 km2 dan interval 500 m menggunakan gravimeter Lacoste-Romberg tipe G-1053, diperoleh data titik ukur sebanyak 120 titik. Pengolahan data dilakukan hingga diperoleh anomali Bouguer. Pemisahan anomali regional dan lokal dilakukan menggunakan metode upward continuation dengan ketinggian pengangkatan 1900 m. Hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan menggunakan 2 lintasan menunjukkan adanya indikasi struktur yang diakibatkan oleh kelurusan dan merupakan batas formasi pada jarak sekitar sekitar 1,5 km dari bendungan. Densitas batuan penyusun lapisan bawah permukaan diperoleh dari kontras densitas pada pemodelan. Diindikasikan di daerah penelitian terdapat jenis batuan soil dan batuapung, tuf pasiran, batu pasir, batu gamping, dan lava dengan densitas 1,92 – 2,9 g/cm3

The need to preserve the world's inherent assets for future generations is becoming an imperative goal not only for tour and travel, but also for all other industries that use the earth's natural resources. The scale of tour and travel's contribution to the global economy and its potential for enabling sustainable development are becoming more real for governments, entrepreneurs, and others who involved in tour and travel industry. Nowadays, Tour and travel's are tourism industries that become one of the largest industries in the world. Economically, it creates jobs and contributes to increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP), as well as brings in capital investment and exports.     Consumers tend to do a long process of buying decision in order to buy a luxury product, and this process can be influenced by product attribute offered by the product itself or influenced by social references. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors which influence consumer buying decision of Samsung Galaxy Series customers in Manado. This research was conducted qualitatively through in-depth interview with 30 informants. All the data and information gathered was analyzed using data Tri-angulation which data were gathered from the interview with difference informants, different places of observation, and review from several literatures of various researchers. The result of this study revealed the buying decision of Samsung Galaxy Series in Manado is mostly influenced by product attribute concern such as quality, design and style, feature, advertisement, and service center. Product attribute becomes the judgment tool in order to guide and help the prospective consumer through decision making process. The study also shows the impact of social influences to consumer buying decision through family members nor friends persuasion. It is better for management to improve their product development by developing the quality of product and adding creative features based on consumers needs and wants.
