Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to defects in insulin action, insulin secretion or both which results in an increase in blood glucose levels. Diabetic wounds are wounds caused by disorders of the peripheral nerves and autonomic nerves in diabetic patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between creatinine levels with urea and uric acid in patients with diabetes mellitus with diabetic ulcers. This study used laboratory experimental methods with samples used in this study were diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic ulcers of 30 samples obtained from the Luka Sidoarjo House. The Spearman correlation test results showed a moderate correlation between creatinine and urea levels (p=0.013; r=0.449), and there was a moderate correlation between creatinine and uric acid levels (p=0.002; r=0.538) in patients with diabetes mellitus with diabetic ulcers
