    Bu çalışmada; Yeniliğin Yayılımı Kuramı (Rogers, 2003) ve Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (Davis, 1989) temel alınarak, E-Okul projesinin ilk kullanılmaya başlandığı dönemde, benimsenme aşamasında sosyal sistemin özelliklerinin, yeniliğin yayılımına etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu, 2008-2009 öğretim yılı içerisinde üç okuldan seçilen toplam 21 öğretmen ve okullarda görevli olan 3 yöneticiden oluşmuştur. E-Okul’un ilk yayılmaya başladığı dönemde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğü Bilişim Hizmetleri Daire Başkanlığı Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri Şube Müdürü ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesi sonucunda, öğretmenlerin E-Okul uygulamasını benimsemelerinde; Otoriter Karar Türü, Değişim Ajanı, Algılanan Yarar ve Deneyimin etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir

    Evaluation of change blindness in multimedia learning environment with cognitive process

    This study aims to investigate the change blindness and cognitive processes with eye-tracking method in multimedia learning environment. For this purpose, a multimedia animation which had some changes was designed. The eye movements were examined during the process of detecting the changes in multimedia via eye-tracking technics. The research model was defined as controlled experiment and survey methods. Twenty-one ungraduated students participated in the experiment. Attention and perception levels of participants were determined by d2 Attention Test and Group Embedded Figures Test. Change detection numbers of participants were analyzed according to their attention level and field dependence. The appearance of a major object on the scene was the most detected change and the change on the detail object was detected less. According to findings about the attention level and change detection, the participants at high attention level were more successful at detecting change in multimedia. It was observed that field-independent individuals could detect the change much more compared to the field-dependent individuals

    INTELLIGENT SYSTEM PREPARING STUDY PROGRAM FOR STUDENT

    To make a regular schedule for students would generally cause an inappropriate program which is hardly followed by students in case they were indiscriminately prepared without any information about students' characteristics. Instead of this method, it is the point to be familiar with the academicals success, study, resting and even meal time of the student and to know which lessons are studied in which days and to make an appropriate program for studying. According to the teachers, it is time consuming and difficult to perform this method for all students. Within this scope, an intelligent system preparing a study program was developed as considered the students' characteristics and study systems. This system makes a study program regarding some characteristics like the academic success, school lessons and study arrangements of the students. At the beginning of the research, this system was performed the teachers and the data obtained as a result of application were analysed and used to develop the system.
