TRACKING CONTROL FOR ELECTRO-OPTICAL SYSTEM IN VIBRATION ENVIROMENT BASED ON SELF-TUNING FUZZY SLIDING MODE CONTROL
The paper presents a new method for tracking control of EOTS (Electro-Optical Tracking System) operating in mobile environment such as ship, air plane, tank and so on. This makes the base body of the EOTS has angular motion. The control alogorithm used in this paper is adaptive fuzzy sliding mode. The overall control is built and simulated in Matlab and compared with a sliding mode controller and a conventional PID controller. The simulation result illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed controlle
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and hardness of high silicon aluminium alloys
The influence of solution heating at 540oC 1-6 hours, quenching into 20oC
cool water and ageing at 175oC 2-8 hours in air on transformation of acicular, plate-like
and flake-like morphologies to broken grains and gradually form round to globular ones
was researched.
The microstructural eutectic silicon, a-aluminium, acicular intermetallic phases in high
silicon aluminium alloys were examined with confidence microscopy, scanning electron
microscopy and X-ray.
The results showed that the solution treatment at 540oC 1-2 hour then quenching attained
very positive influence on the alloy's tensile strength
The Separation of Powers in John Locke's Political Philosophy
Separation of powers is one of the ideas with profound theoretical and practical
significance, especially in the field of political science. The birth of the theory of separation of powers
marked the transition from the barbaric use of power in authoritarian societies to the exercise of
civilized power in democratic societies. Therefore, separation of powers is considered an objective
necessity in democratic states, a condition to ensure the promotion of liberal values, and a criterion
for assessing the existence and development of the Rule of Law where people's sovereignty plays a
paramount role. On the way to perfecting political thinking, the theory of separation of powers has
developed into a complete system in the main philosophy of John Locke. Within the scope of the
article, the author focuses on analyzing Locke's ideology of separation of powers in terms of the
nature of separation of powers, the basis and some principles of power division, and the roles of the
different parts of government power and the relationship between them
Evaluation of Enzyme Protease Activity and Inhibition Effect on Pyricularia grisea with the Leaf Extract of Commela communis L.
Rice blast is a dangerous disease that causes major damage to rice productivity worldwide. The purpose of this report is to examine the protease activity of Pyricularia grisea and the effects of Commelina communis L. (common name “day flower”) extract on mycelial growth. The result showed that three isolates were collected from wild rice (Oryza rufipogon) based on a designation of new international standard and namely as U43-i4-k024-z05-ta532 (isolate 1); U12-i0-k101-z05-ta102 (isolate 2) and U43-i4-k141-z15-ta522 (isolate 3). Particularly, the third isolate showed the highest protease enzyme activity of 30.11 U/ml, followed by isolate 1 (20.27 U/ml) and isolate 2 (12.81 U/ml). The new fungi isolated from wild rice may be important methods to control detrimental diseases infesting cultivated rice. The result showed methanol extract from the day flower inhibitions on P.grisea. Besides protease activity, fungi inhibition was also affected. The protease activity was low; the mycelial growth inhibition was high (IC50 = 2.35mg/mL at Isolate 2). Plant extracts from the day flower saved money and were environmentally friendly. So the implementation of this substance is very essential
Seven new species of Pinelema from Vietnam (Araneae, Telemidae)
Seven new species of the spider genus Pinelema Wang & Li, 2012, from Vietnam are reported: P. damtaoensis Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), P. nuocnutensis Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), P. laensis Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), P. pacchanensis Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), P. spirulata Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), P. xiezi Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀), and P. zhenzhuang Zhao & Li, sp. n. (♂♀). Prior to the current study, this genus contained eight species and was known only from southwestern China. The diagnosis of the genus is updated, accounting for characters found in the new species
A Radiomics-Based Machine Learning Model for Prediction of Tumor Mutational Burden in Lower-Grade Gliomas
Glioma is a Center Nervous System (CNS) neoplasm that arises from the glial cells. In a new scheme category of the World Health Organization 2016, lower-grade gliomas (LGGs) are grade II and III gliomas. Following the discovery of suppression of negative immune regulation, immunotherapy is a promising effective treatment method for lower-grade glioma patients. However, the therapy is not effective for all types of LGGs, and tumor mutational burden (TMB) has been shown to be a potential biomarker for the susceptibility and prognosis of immunotherapy in lower-grade glioma patients. Hence, predicting TMB benefits brain cancer patients. In this study, we investigated the correlation between MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)-based radiomic features and TMB in LGG by applying machine learning methods. Six machine learning classifiers were examined on the features extracted from the genetic algorithm. Subsequently, a light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM) succeeded in selecting 11 radiomics signatures for TMB classification. Our LightGBM model resulted in high accuracy of 0.7936, and reached a balance between sensitivity and specificity, achieving 0.76 and 0.8107, respectively. To our knowledge, our study represents the best model for classification of TMB in LGG patients at present
