This article deals with the works of D. Sichynsky in the context of time, gender, social and cultural domains through the prism of analysis of 3 interconnected spheres: role of women in his life and specifics of his personal relations with them, female poetry choice, and female themes of his compositions. In particular, relationship between D. Sichynsky and Y. Duma-Narozhniakova is being analyzed. The character of the works written by U. Kravchenko, L. Ukrainka, V. Vilshanetska and K. Malytska is also being discussed
