Empirical Comparision Banking Service and Dental Service in using Firm Resources to Enhance Customer Loyalty

In the past, Good - Dominant logic said that customer could not evaluate the enterprise resource. But nowadays, according to Service - Dominant logic, the customer can determine the enterprise resource through the process of using service to decide which of the supplier to work. This study investigates the relationship between enterprise resources and service value; and the relationship between service value and customer loyalty by using qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods. Results show a positive and direct impact of supplier resources on service value; similar results to the effects of service value on customer loyalty. Base on that results, this research gives some solutions and recommendations for each kind of services to improve customer loyalty

Monitoring of Landslides in Mountainous Regions based on FEM Modelling and Rain Gauge Measurements

Vietnam is a country heavily influenced by climate change. The effect of climate change leads to a series of dangerous phenomena, such as landslides. Landslides occur not only in the mountainous province, but also in Delta provinces, where hundreds of landslides are reported annually in the North-Western provinces of Vietnam. These events have catastrophic impact to the community as well as the economy. In mountainous areas, the conditions for landslides to occur are met frequently, especially after heavy rains or geological activity, causing harm to the community as well as damaging or destroying much needed infrastructure and key transport routes. However, in Vietnam, investment in mountainous regions has been often lower than in urban areas. The meteorology monitoring and forecasting systems are ill equipped and overloaded, so they cannot deliver earlier and more accurate forecasts for complex weather events, unable to provide timely warnings. It can be seen that in countries that landslide often occur, researchers have been trying to develop low cost and efficient landslide detection system. This paper precisely addressed the problems mentioned, by designing and implementing an efficient and reliable Landslide Monitoring and Early Warning (LMnE) system based on the 3G/2G mobile communication system, and a rain gauge at the field site along with a carefully FEM (finite element method) simulation using the rain density information on the server. The system uses advanced processing algorithms combining obtained data at the central station

Reactive GitLab API library for Apple platforms

Tato práce se zaměřuje na proces vytváření reaktivní knihovny pro komunikaci s GitLab API pro Apple platformy, následné na použití této knihovny ve zkušební iOS aplikaci a poté na porovnání se stávajícímí řešeními. Knihovna pro komunikaci usnadní budoucí použití v aplikacích, které potřebují komunikovat s GitLab API. Tato knihovna i demo aplikace je dostupná jako open source komunitě pro použítí či případné rozšíření o další funkcionality.This master's thesis aims at the creation process of a reactive library for communication with GitLab API for Apple platforms, demonstrating the functionality in an iOS demo application and comparison of the current solutions. This library for communication simplifies future use in applications that need to communicate with GitLab API. This library and the demo application are available as open source for the community for usage or for adding new functionalities

FlexEdit: Flexible and Controllable Diffusion-based Object-centric Image Editing

Our work addresses limitations seen in previous approaches for object-centric editing problems, such as unrealistic results due to shape discrepancies and limited control in object replacement or insertion. To this end, we introduce FlexEdit, a flexible and controllable editing framework for objects where we iteratively adjust latents at each denoising step using our FlexEdit block. Initially, we optimize latents at test time to align with specified object constraints. Then, our framework employs an adaptive mask, automatically extracted during denoising, to protect the background while seamlessly blending new content into the target image. We demonstrate the versatility of FlexEdit in various object editing tasks and curate an evaluation test suite with samples from both real and synthetic images, along with novel evaluation metrics designed for object-centric editing. We conduct extensive experiments on different editing scenarios, demonstrating the superiority of our editing framework over recent advanced text-guided image editing methods.
