    The distribution of cicadas in the Khabarovskii Krai has been studied very poorly, in contrast to the Amurskaya Oblast’ and Primorskii Krai. Ledra auditura (Ledridae) (also recorded from the eastern part of Zabaikal’skii Krai, the Argun River basin), Glossocratus foveolatus (Cicadellidae), Eoscartopsis assimilis (Cercopidae), Taihorina geisha (Machaerotidae), Cicadetta yezoensis (Cicadidae), Delphax maritima (Delphacidae), Mysidioides sapporensis, Losbanosia hibarensis, Zoraida albicans, Z. horishana (Derbidae), Cixidia ussuriensis, Kosalya fl avostrigata (Achilidae), Saigona ussuriensis (Dictyopharidae), Limois emelianovi (Fulgoridae) are recorded for the fi rst time in the River Amur basin from Khabarovskii Krai

Adults</b> (Figs. 7–10). Antennae bipectinate in both sexes, but branches in females shorter. Head with black spot on occiput. Patagiae and tegulae with black spots; thorax with two black spots at fore edge and one spot at hind edge. Wings white, only costal edge brown; male hind wings with external margin concave between tornal angle and medial veins. Abdomen yellow, each segment with wide black transversal bands. <b>Male genitalia</b> (Fig. 15). Uncus heavily hook-like, valvae oval convex-concave, with strong and wide costal process, narrower at base, the widest at basal part, constricting and rounded at apex; aedeagus short, curved, apically broadened; vesica consists of elongate and apically narrowed, diverticulum with one short conical subdiverticulum medio-dorsally; ductus ejaculatorius situated subbasally. <b>Female genitalia</b> (Fig. 19). Ovipositor short, conical. Apophyses long and thin, apophyses anteriores shorter and broader than apophyses posteriores. Antrum weakly sclerotized, broad; ductus bursae short, membranous; corpus bursae long, pear-like, with one small round signum in its medial section.</p> <p> <b>Distribution</b>.
