QCD Factorization and Rare B Meson Decays
Some recent progress in China in the study of charmless B decays with QCD
factorization is reviewed. Chirally enhanced power corrections and infrared
divergence problem are stressed.Comment: 6 pages, 1 figure, 1 table; one footnote is added; Plenary talk given

Electroweak Penguin Contributions in and decays Beyond Leading Logarithms
Using the next-to-leading order low energy effective Hamiltonian for , transitions, the contributions of electroweak
penguin operators in and decays
are estimated in the standard model. We find that, for some channels, the
electroweak penguin effects can enhance or reduce the QCD penguin and/or tree
level contributions by at least , and can even play dominant role.Comment: 12 pages, late
Test of T violation in neutral B decays
T violation should be tested independently of CP violation. Besides K system,
B meson decays provide another good place to study T violation. In the Standard
Model, T violation in oscillation is
expected to be small. The angular distribution of decay permits one
to extract the T-odd correlation. In the absence of final state interaction, T
violation in decay can reach via
mixing.Comment: Latex, 11 pages, revised version will appear in PL
