A new approach for producing of film structures based on Si1-xGex

    Get PDF
In this work, we propose a new, previously unpresented in the literature, approach to the formation of Si1-xGex films. This approach includes electrochemical processes of the formation of porous silicon, electrochemical deposition of low-melting metals and Ge. Post-heat treatment is made possible to synthesize film structures based on Si1-xGex solid solutions. Using this approach an alloy of the composition Si0.4Ge0.6 has been obtained at a lower formation temperature than predicted by the phase diagram for the Si-Ge system

This article discusses innovative solutions for organizing student learning Russian language and culture on the basis of texts from the world of Russian fairy tales. Traditionally, training and developing potential of tales are highly valued in the didactics and is widely used in school teaching. Improving the quality of training and education in the school, through the inclusion of fairy tales stories and texts in learning content, including language, Russian language ("with tuition in the native (non-Russian) and Russian (non-native) languages) - this is not a new problem in the theory and practice of language teaching. Its relevance to modern conditions, when the computer (paperless) technology in all areas of work with information technology jostle traditional (books, printing press), - now only increases. The need for innovation that would support and guarantee the proper level of quality training and education in school education is obvious. The article presents our project "Fairy tales school in People's Friendship University. Lessons of Russian language and culture ", which is designed to help to solve problems in the field of teaching Russian children in the Russian and foreign schools.

First results of U/Pb dating of detrital zircons from Early Paleozoic and Devonian sandstones of the Baltic-Ladoga region (south Ladoga Area)

The first results of U/Pb isotopic dating (LA ICP MS) of detrital zircons from sands from the Middle Cambrian Sablinka Formation, Upper Cambrian Ladoga Formation, Low Ordovician Tosna Formation, and calcareous sands from Syas' Formation (Sargaevskii horizon of the Upper Frasnian) from Baltica-Ladoga Glint (BLG) of the Southern Ladoga area are presented. The obtained ages of detrital zircons span the intervals 492.7 ± 5.1-3196.4 ± 5.1 Ma (Sablino Formation); 577.9 ± 7-2972.6 ± 13.4 Ma (Ladoga Formation); 509.4 ± 8.5-3247.6 ± 10.1 Ma (Tosna Formation); 451.1 ± 14.7-2442.2 ± 6.9 Ma (Syas' Formation). A comparison of the obtained isotopic ages of detrital zircons to ages of crystalline complexes composing the Kola-Karelian, Svecofennian, and Sveconorwegian domains of Baltic Shield and Pre-Uralian-Timanian structures of Subpolar and Polar Urals and basement of Pechora Basin was carried out. It is proposed that the Middle Paleozoic sedimentary basin accumulated Upper Frasnian rocks of Syas' Formation. The basin ranged northward from the present-day BLG and occupied the eastern part of the Baltic Shield. © 2011 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Stratigraphy and facies differences of the middle darriwilian isotopic carbon excursion (Mdice) in baltoscandia

© 2020 Authors. The Middle Darriwilian Isotopic Carbon Excursion (MDICE) is a global isotopic event described in sections from different palaeocontinents. Here we present new stable carbon isotopic data from carbonates of ten sections in different parts of the Baltoscandian Palaeobasin (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, NW Russia). The definition of the MDICE as a chemostratigraphic unit is discussed, as well as the subdivision of its peak into two distinct peaks. The MDICE is one of the longest carbon isotopic events in the Palaeozoic. It was preceded by the Lchondritic cosmic dust flow event, which may have been responsible for cooling through the Darriwilian and the initiation of the Great Ordovician Biodiversification Event. Highresolution chemostratigraphic analyses show that the time interval between these environmental events and the base of the MDICE is up to one million years. Due to the long duration of the MDICE the modelling of this excursion should address more complex scenarios than a simple response of the carbon cycle to rapid climatic perturbations

Impact of scaling to the resistive switching effect in organic polymer – based structures

    No full text
The resistive switching effect has been studied in a set of organic polymer - based structures of a different composition and size scale from macro to micro. It is shown that scaling down reduces both the threshold switching voltage Vth and the respective effective electric field Eth. Furthermore, introduction of metal micro particles into a macro scale polymer matrix provides the same effect. Therefore the metal particle incorporation may be regarded as an alternative method of effective scaling, depending on an application. Switching speed of less than 15 ns, threshold voltage Vth ~ (2 – 25) V, 105 cycle endurance, no significant moisture dependence and high retention time 3.5 months for scaled down samples aswell as for metal doped macro samples have been demonstrated. These characteristics are suitable for constructing memory devices. The switching effect mechanisms are discussed
