    ABSTRACTPerformance in organizations becomes the measure of success in achieving desired and planned goals by organizations or companies. The study aims to test the extent of the procedural and recruitment effect on the performance of the PMII Rayon Al-Farabi, the poor Islamic university commissioner. The Population used in this study represents the entire stewardship of the PMII Rayon Al-Farabi, the pitiful islamic university of malang commissariat. After data collection, a questionnaire’s validity and reliability test were conducted on respondents first, and then a quantitative descriptive analysis of the data is made. From the results of this study obtained the following results: (1) Simultaneously procedural justice and recruitment have a positive and significant impact on stewardship. (2) Partially procedural justice has a positive and significant impact on performance. (3) Recruits have a partial positive and significant impact on performance. Among the two variables affecting the performance of PMII Rayon Al-Farabi, the commission of the Islamic University of Malang, namely procedural justice and recruitment, is the most in influential variable affecting the most influential variable affecting performance is the procedural variables.Keywords: Procedural justice, recruitment, performance

    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Climate Salary, and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Malang City Meteor Cell employees. The sample used was all employees of the Central Malang Meteor Cell. The Sampling Technique which if it is less than 100 is better taken all then this study is a census study. Based on the results of the study note that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, the value is known with a sig value below 0.05, then H1 is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Climate and Work Stress variables simultaneously influence the Job Satisfaction. Like the Organizational Climate variable, which is known with a sig value below 0.05, it means that the Organization Climate has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. Salary variable is known with a sig value below 0.05, meaning that the Salary variable has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. While the Work Stress Variable is known by the value of sig. above 0.05, it means that the Job Stress variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Orgaizational Climate, Salary, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction

    ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at a branch company of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, Pasuruan Regency, East Java 67156. The population in this study were all employees of the branch of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera, totaling 65 employees. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. And the analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing.         The results showed that the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment did not have a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT. Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pasuruan Regency, while the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of the branch employees of PT.     ABTRACT                This research was conducted to find out how much influence the Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance. Study at The Bagong Adventure Museum Batu City Body. In this study 55 population of people using saturated sampling. The sample used was taken from The Bagong Adventure Museum Body employees. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.               Also in this study using SPSS measuring tools to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and testing hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that state that the variables of Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture influence together so as to improve the Performance of The Bagong Adventure Museum Body Employees. While partial employee engagement does not affect employee performance, while career development and organizational culture have an influence on employee performance. Keyword: Career Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.

    ABSTRAKThis research was conducted at PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The variables used are the influence of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and job stress as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 assistance for software. The results showed that the variable role conflict and role ambiguity had no significant effect on the performance of PT. KARYA PRIMA Kota Batu, while the variables of work conflict and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City, and the overall variables of role conflict, work conflict, role ambiguity and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.     ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction of GRAB online motorcycle taxi driver in Malang. The population contained in this study amounted to 15,247 people and the Slovi (1960) was used to determine the research sample with a significance level of 0.1, and the sample size in this study was 99 people. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. Researchers in this case used questionnaire media and primary data. The survey used in this study is a direct and personal survey. The survey is given directly to respondents, who can choose one alternative answer available. Based on the survey result it can be seen that compensation, work environment and organizational culture greatly affect employee satisfaction of GRAB online motorcycle taxi employee in Malang

    Abstrack            This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables namely brand equity, attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision at Matahari Departement Store Malang Town Square. The sample in this study was 95 consumers using purposive sampling method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study indicate that brand equity variables, the attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have an influence on purchasing decisions.
