It is established, that forUkraineit is expedient to use small mobile installations by productivity 20-30 t/days there where there is waste of wood raw materials and farming industry.Рассмотрены нетрадиционные виды промышленного транспорта, которые могут быть использованы для производства непрерывным способом целлюлозы и полуцеллюлозы в Украине. Исследованы условия эксплуатации и ремонта деталей эти видов транспорта. Установлено, что для Украины целесообразно использовать небольшие мобильные установки производительностью 20-30 т/сутки там, где имеются отходы древесного сырья и сельскохозяйственного производства

    Habits of transportation and batch by rotor feeders for wood chips by alkali liquor in the cooking vessel which is under a high pressure and a heat are investigated. It is established, that loading and unloading ability of industrial transport depends on brevity circulation of alkali through a feeder and is defined by pump delivery circulation of alkali low and a high pressure, total volume of a rotor and a rotor rotational speed.Исследованы особен-ности транспортировки и загрузки роторными питателями для древесной щепы щелочным раствором в варочный котел, находящийся под высоким давлением и высокой температурой. Установлено, что загрузочная и выгрузочная способность промышленного транспорта зависит от краткости циркуляции щёлочи через питатель и определяется производительностью насоса циркуляции щёлочи низкого и высокого давления, суммарным объемом ротора и частотой его вращения

    Methods of fractal analysis and phase trajectories for the improvement of identification of complex technical systems

    The procedure of the qualitative analysis of complex technical systems is discussed. One may use such methods of analysis for time series characterized the functioning of such systems. These time serious aren’t confirmed the hypothesis of trend existence. One may use at this qualitative analysis the methods of nonlinear dynamics and the theory of chaos. The basis for similar researches is Takens’s theorem. The randomness of the studied dynamical system as the model of the complex technical system given by time realizations is established by means of Lyapunov’s indicator. The state stability is estimated by Hausdorf’s fractal dimension and the fractality index. Visual evaluation of the time series was carried out by means of the phase trajectory restoration procedure. As a result of the analysis of the phase points in the phase space the split attractor is indicated, which gives the chance to speak about its bifurcation
