    ANALISIS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA PDAM KOTA LANGSATERHADAP PENYEDIAAN KEBUTUHAN AIR BERSIH

    ABSTRAKSkripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat sistem pelayanan PDAM dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat sehari-hari dan melihat bagaimana tingkat kepuasaan pelanggan yang diberikan oleh PDAM terkait ketersediaan air bersih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa tabel tunggal dan menggunakan rumus uji Korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang menggunakan sambungan meteran (SR) Air dari instansi PDAM di Kecamatan Langsa Kota di 10 Gampong yang berjumlah 1605 SR dan diambil sampel hanya 94 SR. (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rhitung adalah sebesar 0,773 > nilai rtabel pada taraf signifikasi 0,05 atau a=5% pada uji dua sisi diketahui sebesar 0,201, berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif. (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rhitung adalah sebesar 0,643 > nilai rtabel pada taraf signifikasi 0,05 atau a=5% pada uji dua sisi diketahui sebesar 0,201, berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif.Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pelayanan Publik dan Kepuasan.ABSTRACTThis thesis aims to look PDAM service system to serve the needs of everyday people and see how the level of customer satisfaction related to municipal water availability. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this research is through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of single table and using test formula of Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS version 20.0. The population in this study are all people who use the connection meter (SR) Water from taps agencies in the District of City Langsa in 10 Village totaling SR 1605 and SR only 94 samples taken. (1) Based on the results of the study indicate that the value is equal to 0.773 rhitung> rtabel value at significance level of 0.05 or a = 5% on a two-tailed test is found to be 0,201, meaning there is a significant and positive relationship.     Absence of U(1) Anomalous Superamplitudes in N5\mathcal{N}\geq 5 Supergravities

    We list all potential candidates for U(1) anomalous non-local 1-loop 4-point amplitudes and higher loop UV divergences in N5\mathcal{N}\geq 5 supergravities. The relevant chiral superinvariants are constructed from linearized chiral superfields and define the corresponding superamplitudes. The anomalous amplitudes, of the kind present in N=4\mathcal{N}=4, are shown to be absent in N5\mathcal{N} \geq 5. In N=6\mathcal{N}=6 supergravity the result is deduced from the double-copy N=4YM×(N=2)YM\mathcal{N}=4_{YM} \times (\mathcal{N}=2)_{YM} model, whereas in N=5,8\mathcal{N}=5,8 the result on absence of anomalous amplitudes is derived in supergravities as well as in the (N=4)YM×(N4)YM(\mathcal{N}=4)_{YM} \times (\mathcal{N}-4)_{YM} double-copy models.Comment: 32 pages, v2:typo corrected, reference added, v3:typos correcte

    Origin of soft limits from nonlinear supersymmetry in Volkov-Akulov theory

    We apply the background field technique, recently developed for a general class of nonlinear symmetries, at tree level, to the Volkov-Akulov theory with spontaneously broken N=1 supersymmetry. We find that the background field expansion in terms of the free fields to the lowest order reproduces the nonlinear supersymmetry transformation rules. The double soft limit of the background field is, in agreement with the new general identities, defined by the algebra of the nonlinear symmetries.Comment: 10
