    Generalized diffusion theory of micromorphicly deformable particle-fluid continuum and bubble-liquid two-phase flows

    In the paper [1] the basic concepts and equations were derived for the micromorphicly deformable particle-fluid two-phase flows, the constitutive equations have been constructed. The flow us fluid with deformable spherical particles, when the particle only expands radially, rotates and translates, is considered in this paper. For this case one can obtain the full motion's equations system. These equation together with the constitutive equations are sufficient to determine all of unknowns, and they can be used to study the bubble- liquid two-phase flow. The problems of kinematic wave and acoustic wave propagation in the bubble-liquid two-phase flow is studied

    Quantum Gauss Jordan Elimination

    In this paper we construct the Quantum Gau\ss Jordan Elimination (QGJE) Algorithm and estimate the complexity time of computation of Reduced Row Echelon Form (RREF) of an N×NN\times N matrix using QGJE procedure. The main theorem asserts that QGJE has computation time of order 2N/22^{N/2}

    Factors Affecting Credit Growth of Vietnamese Commercial Banks

    This research analyzes the factors that affect the credit growthof the Vietnamese commercial banking system. This study usedata from the annual reports and financial statements of 16commercial banks listed on the HOSE, HNX, and UPCOMexchanges that have operated continuously from 2011 to 2020.Two linear regression models were employed with two dependentvariables: the credit growth rate and credit size. The findingsindicate that credit size in the previous period, the annualgrowth rate of capital mobilization, bank size, and return onassets (ROA) positively affect the credit growth of Vietnamesecommercial banks while liquidity ratio negatively affects them.Also, the bad debt ratio’s effect on credit growth is unclear. Hence,some suggestions and recommendations are given for commercialbanks to maintain stable, safe, and sustainable credit growth.JEL Classification: G21, E50, E5

    Generalized diffusion theory of hydrodynamical particle migration in suspensions. Part 1: The case of equal densities

    The general continuum theory has been developed for two-phase flows of fluid with deformable particles, where the micro-deformation of particles and the relative motion between phases have been taken into account [1-3]. This paper is concerned with using the simplest model from developed general theory for modeling of particle migration in suspensions- one of the most important and complicated aspects of particle-liquid two-phase flows, that has been observed and studied by many authors. For this purpose it is considered the motion of Newtonian fluid-rotating rigid spherical particles two-phase continuum with specialized nonlinear constitutive equations, when the particle and fluid have equal densities. The obtained equation system has been used for studying quantitatively particle migration problem in the circular Couette flow

    My research development activity in the field of environmental natural fluid mechanics has been started after one year's working visit, proposed by Prof. Nguyen Van Dao, at the Laboratoire National d'Hydraulique de France in Chatou, France (1979-1980). Until now this activity is still a most important one.In the paper it is presented some selected scientific results in one of hydrodynamic problems for flood forecasting and flood control: developing of the 1D hydraulic model, 1D quasi 2D model, 1D hydraulic model for dam break flow , 2D hydraulic model, coupling of 1D and 2D hydraulic models and some theirs applications for flood forecasting and flood control in the Red River System.This paper is dedicated to the memory of Prof. Nguyen Van Dao, with whom I had a big chance to work and to collaborate during about 30 years, to whom I would like to express my heartfelt thanks

    Vector abundance and species composition of Anopheles mosquitoin Central Region and Central West Highlands, Viet Nam

    Malaria is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in Viet Nam. In 2008, World Health Organization reported an estimated value of 243 million cases with a mortality of about 863 thousand in the world. Malaria transmission in the Central Region and Central West Highlands of Viet Nam is known to be holoendemic and perennial. High humidity (80%) and a high mean temperature of 25°C in this area favour the bionomics of the principal malaria vectors. Vector control is a major component of the Global Malaria Control Strategy and still remains the most generally effective measure to prevent malaria transmission. Successful application of vector control measures requires the understanding of the bionomics of Anopheles species responsible for malaria transmission, including correct and precise identification of the target species and its distribution.This study was conducted to provide information on the vector abundance and species composition of Anopheles mosquito at Quang Binh, Binh Đinh, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Gia Lai, Dak Lak ofCentral Region and Central West Highlands of Viet Nam. A total of 18 Anopheles species were collected in these provinces, therein, the 2main vectors are An. minimus and An. dirus, and the 3 secondary vectors are An. aconitus, An. jeyporiensis, An. maculatus. An. dirus and An. minimus species are present in most of the studied communes in 6 provinces, An. aconitus, An. jeyporiensis and An. maculatusare present in Binh Dinh, Ninh Thuan and Gia Lai provinces, whileAn. jeyporiensisdoes not seem to be found in the other provinces

    The method of case law commenting is a method of teaching and training in the field of law that is widely applied in many advanced countries around the world. Different from the traditional lecture method, in the teaching method of case commenting, theoretical teaching will be carried out in parallel with precedents that are searched and selected to explain and illustrate the lesson. The article analyzes case law and the role of applying the method of case law commenting in law specialized training. On that basis, the article proposes the structure and method of implementing the case law commenting method in law specialized training.El método de comentario sobre jurisprudencia es un método de enseñanza y capacitación en el campo del derecho que se aplica ampliamente en muchos países avanzados de todo el mundo. Distintamente del método de exhibición tradicional, en el método de enseñanza del comentario de casos, la enseñanza teórica se llevará a cabo en paralelo con los precedentes que se investigan y seleccionan para explicar e ilustrar la lección. El artículo examina la jurisprudencia y el papel de la aplicación del método de la observación jurisprudencial en la formación especializada en Derecho.
