El papel social que debe cumplir la fuerza pública en el post-acuerdo

La monografía se ocupa de estudiar el papel que ha cumplido y puede cumplir las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional en el post-acuerdo; una estrategia integral de consolidación y gestión pública, política que ha sido implementada o está aún por implementar por parte del gobierno nacional. La argumentación estará orientada a verificar si dichas estrategias están enfocadas a garantizar o no, que en aquellas zonas donde la influencia de las FARC era representativa, no se repitan fenómenos de violencia derivados en su mayoría por el predominio del narcotráfico y los dineros provenientes de esta actividad ilícita. Para desarrollar la temática propuesta, se efectuará un recorrido histórico sobre el papel delegado a la fuerza pública en el conflicto armado, asimismo, se identificaran las obligaciones derivadas del acuerdo de paz de la Habana que le corresponden a las fuerzas militares y a la policía nacional, señalando cuales actividades que le corresponden a estas entidades en el post-acuerdo contribuyen desde la perspectiva social a lograr una paz estable y duradera, todo lo anterior bajo el enfoque metodológico cualitativo, el cual facilitará el desarrollo de cada uno de los objetivos propuestos.
