In the information age, technology has changed people\u27s lives as well as working and learning styles. The teaching competency of vocational teachers’ is facing new challenges. Based on the modernization of vocational education, Internet + Vocational Education , and reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods , the study intends to enrich the research on vocational teachers’ teaching competency theoretically by establishing the framework, criteria and assessing instrument. In practice, the study aims to provide benchmarks and tools for the diagnosis and assessment of vocational teachers’ teaching competency. Furthermore, the study wishes to provide guidelines for vocational teachers\u27 professional development and improve the quality of the ICT teaching practice

Functional characterization of a gluthathione Stransferase gene from Limonium bicolor in response to several abiotic stresses

In the present study, we characterized a gluthathione S-transferase gene (LbGST1) in response to different abiotic stresses. Real time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) indicated that the LbGST1 can be differentially regulated by stress of NaCl, NaHCO3 and low temperature, suggesting a role in plant stress response. To further investigate abiotic stress tolerance of LbGST1, the transgenic yeast harboring the LbGST1 was generated under the control of inducible GAL promoter (pYES2 vector); yeast cells transformed with empty pYES2 were also generated as a control. Stress tolerance tests showed that LbGST1 yeast transformants exhibited elevated tolerance to the stresses of thermal (53°C), alkali (NaHCO3), ultraviolet radiation, salt (NaCl), drought (sorbitol) and freezing (-20°C) compared with the control transformants, suggesting that the LbGST1 is tolerant to these abiotic stresses. Our results indicate that the LbGST1 gene is resistant to a wider repertoire of stresses and may play a common role in plant acclimation to the examined stress conditions.Key words: Gluthathione S-transferases (GST), abiotic stress, expression analysis, Limonium bicolor

    (E)-2-Chloro-N′-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylene)benzohydrazide

In the structue of the title compound, C18H13ClN2O2, a new Schiff base, the dihedral angle between the benzene and naphthyl ring system mean planes is 22.5 (2)°. The molecule has an E configuration about the C=N bond, and an intramolecular hydrogen bond involving the hydoxyl substituent on the naphthyl ring and the N′ atom of the hydrazide. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming one-dimensional chains running parallel to the a axis

BASAR:Black-box Attack on Skeletal Action Recognition

    Get PDF
Skeletal motion plays a vital role in human activity recognition as either an independent data source or a complement. The robustness of skeleton-based activity recognizers has been questioned recently, which shows that they are vulnerable to adversarial attacks when the full-knowledge of the recognizer is accessible to the attacker. However, this white-box requirement is overly restrictive in most scenarios and the attack is not truly threatening. In this paper, we show that such threats do exist under black-box settings too. To this end, we propose the first black-box adversarial attack method BASAR. Through BASAR, we show that adversarial attack is not only truly a threat but also can be extremely deceitful, because on-manifold adversarial samples are rather common in skeletal motions, in contrast to the common belief that adversarial samples only exist off-manifold. Through exhaustive evaluation and comparison, we show that BASAR can deliver successful attacks across models, data, and attack modes. Through harsh perceptual studies, we show that it achieves effective yet imperceptible attacks. By analyzing the attack on different activity recognizers, BASAR helps identify the potential causes of their vulnerability and provides insights on what classifiers are likely to be more robust against attack. The Necessity of Hot Metal Desiliconization Process

    Get PDF
AbstractThe technology of hot metal pretreatment had tremendous improvements in past decades and was widely used by the overwhelming majority of steelworks in Japan. While, since the first hot metal pretreatment station was established in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd in the later period of 1980s, this process began to be applied in domestic steel plants. And now 30 years have passed, the desilionization and dephosphorization process are still rarely seldom used in China except desulphurization process in most carbon steel plants. So in this paper, the metallurgical principles and effects of hot metal desiliconization were analyzed in great details. Meanwhile, the optimum silicon content of hot metal between iron-making and steelmaking process was summarized and calculated. The necessity of hot metal desiliconizaiton was discussed for the iron and steel companies in China

Study on measuring method of the angular displacement of muzzle vibration for the small caliber gun

    Get PDF
In order to solving the key technique of the angular displacement of muzzle vibration for the small caliber gun, a measuring method of double eddy current displacement sensors for the angular displacement of muzzle vibration is proposed. Two sensors are installed at the measuring points which are distributed near the muzzle. Then, by the triangle transformation method, the vertical and horizontal linear displacement of the muzzle vibration can be transformed to the vertical and horizontal angular displacement. It has been verified by the firing test that the method is non-contact and has the capability of anti-muzzle-flash and anti-shock, and that the test accuracy can meet the requirement of the gun firing environment. By this method, the law of the angular displacement of muzzle vibration under three running firing is obtained during the process that after projectile exit, about three circles of attenuation vibration for the muzzle happen, and then the next projectile begins to leave the muzzle. It shows that the average value of the angular displacement of muzzle vibration is 1.93 minute in azimuth and 1.42 minute in elevation
