    The moderating effect of social-media among managerial capabilities and strategic innovations on Product Life Cycle Management and Distribution Performance

    The COVID-19 pandemic has created business difficulties for RTD tea, the second-most popular soft drink after bottled water. This study examines the impact of Managerial Capability and strategic innovation on Product Lifecycle Management and distribution success at the RTD tea company, as mediated by social media. This research adopts a quantitative methodology. The research sample was gathered utilizing a methodical procedure. Participants in the poll were 160 operational and marketing managers from ready-to-drink beverage firms in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, and Tangerang. This work uses structural equation modeling as its analytic approach. The findings revealed that Managerial Capabilities had no significant effect on Distribution Performance, that Managerial Capabilities had no significant impact on Product Lifecycle Management, that Product Lifecycle Management had a significant effect on Distribution Performance, and that social media mediates PLM Distribution Performance. Distribution Performance is significantly affected by the Strategic Innovation variable, while Product Life Cycle Management is affected dramatically by the Strategic Innovation variable. The proposed model suggested RTD tea company as a solution to the problems caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic.     Customer Perception of Bandung City Societyon E-Money Usage for the Highway Service Payment

    E-commerce has been used in many business transactions because of its practicality and easiness for the users. In addition, it also provides easiness in control. The use of electronic money (e-money) as a non-cash payment alternative has a huge potential in decreasing the use of cash money. E-money provides faster and more comfortable transactions compared to the cash money, especially for the small-amount transactions. With e-money, every transaction is simpler, cheaper, and easier both for the buyers and sellers. One of the government interventions has recently been that every highway transaction can only be paid using e-money. This policy has resulted in a various response from the consumers or society at large. This research is aimed at exploring the perception of the consumers or society in Bandung on e-money policy for highway service payment. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are literature study and questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who ever used e-money in their transaction. The results of this research showed that the implementation of e-money is already good. But, there are some constraints in the aspect of service and technology. Those things are based on the measurement using the basic model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

    Standard of Implementation Halal Tourism for Tourism Industry in Bandung City

    Bandung is one of the halal tourist destinations in Indonesia. With the increasingly rapid growth of cafes and  restaurants, the competition is getting tougher. One of the highlights is whether the café and restaurant are halal certified. This becomes very important because Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the World. It is proper if halal is the main concern. The business people do not understand and realize the importance of fulfilling the halal standard set by the government. So through this community service will be carried out socialization regarding required halal tourism.   The method used in this study is the Deplat Pastisipatif which is conducting activities in the form of providing counseling and guidance on halal tourism and halal standardization on SMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung, especially the Jatinangor region.   Counseling was carried out by inviting from the tourism , youth and  sport agency and also the MUI. Culinary business begin to understand halal standardization and the importance of having halal certification. There is still a need for assistance to be able to implement halal tourism properly.   &nbsp
