Whey dangke is a waste generated by proses of separation whey and curd during process of making dangke. This study aims to determine whey of dangke used as dairy product, such as sorbetacceptance of the community to taste, aroma, color and texture of milk sorbet from processed whey dangke Enrekang. Population in this research is student of class 4 Polytechnic of Bosowa. The sample in this research is 73 panelists using simple random sampling technique. This type of research is experimental. The analysis in this study is descriptive statistics using the average formula. whey dangke in this experiment researcher use three types of treatment that is at first treatment W100:S0 (100% whey dangke and 0% pure milk), second treatment W75: S25 (75% whey dangke and 25% pure milk ), the third treatment of W50:S50 (50% whey dangke and 50% pure milk). The results showed that whey dangke Enrekang can be processed as sorbet.  Hedonic test on milk sorbet product showed that the most preferred taste aspect was the W50:S50 treatment with an average of 3.46%, the most preferred treatment of the texture aspect was the W50: S50 treatment with an average of 3.75 , the most preferred treatment of the color aspect was the W50: S50 treatment with an average of 3.40, and the most preferred treatment of the aroma aspect was the W100:S0 treatment with an average value of 3.77

Pokoh and Jurang Gempal bridge are the bridges that are located on Wonogiri – Ngadirojo roads crossing over Bengawan Solo river connecting Wonogiri Regency and Ponorogo Regency/Pacitan Regency. But in the past 10 years, only one bridge operates and that is Pokoh Bridge. This is caused by the condition of Jurang Gempal Bridge that is no longer adequate since it was built in the colonial era, some parts of the construction aren\u27t function properly. With only one bridge that is operating, it oftenly lead to a high traffic density on traffic hours. Thus, the re-operating of Jurang Gempal Bridge can be the solution of this traffic density problem that occurred. However, there is a need to do a total change on the bridge construction by seeing the existing condition and the age of the bridge that is already too old. Jurang Gempal Bridge was planned to be located in the existing location that is 2x60 meter in bridge length. The upper structure of this bridge is using steel frame that is 9.0 meter in width (2x3.5 meter vehicle floor and 2x1.0 meter sidewalk) and 6.0 meter in height. Meanwhile, the sub-structure of this bridge is using an abutment that the height is 7.0 meter and a pier that is 9.0 meter in height. The hard soil that is positioned in 10 meter depth is the kind of a sand soil so the Bored Pile is used as the foundation of this Jurang Gempal Bridge

Spiders are the main predators in paddy ecosystem. Application of entomopathogenic fungus, such as Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) is not expected to have any negative effect on spiders in the paddy field. This research was aimed to compare species composition, abundance, and species richness of spiders in ratoon paddy. The research was done on three hectares of rice fields that were treated with the following treatment, (i) 2 L/ha/application of liquid B. bassiana, (ii) 2 L/ha/application compost extract (without liquid B. bassiana), and (iii) a combination of liquid B. bassiana and compost extract with each using the same 2L/ha/application dose. The result of this research showed that B. bassiana bioinsecticide application did not affect the abundance and species richness of spiders in ratoon paddy. The treatments did not significantly affect species richness and abundance of the canopy-inhabiting spiders. The species richness and abundance of the soil-dwelling spiders on the paddy field applied by the bioinsecticide was not different from those without the bioinsecticide. The treatments did not effect species composition of the canopy-inhabiting and the soil-dwelling spiders. Application of B. bassiana bioinsecticide was not harmful for the spiders in the rice field
