Praktik Penerapan Akad Murabahah Dalam Pembiayaan Pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki mekanisme pembiayaan pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri dan menyelidiki relevansi akad murabahah mengenai produk pembiayaan pensiun dengan Dewan Fatwa Nasional Syariah (DSN) dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/ 2000 tentang Ketentuan Umum Pembiayaan Murabahah. Penelitian ini dilakukan Objek penelitian ini adalah akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan pensiun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Wirobrajan. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu manajer bagian hubungan konsumen perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penyediaan dana pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri Wirobrajan dapat dilakukan dengan cara nasabah mengajukan pembiayaan pensiunan beserta kelengkapan berkasnya ke bank, kemudian bank melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen dan investigasi atas kebenaran data. Jika bank menyetujuinya, nasabah mengisi surat persetujuan pembiayaan dan melaksanakan akad. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa proses akad murabahah dalam produk pembiayaan pensiun relevan dengan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) No: 04/ DSN-MUI/IV/2000, mengenai ketentuan umum pembiayaan murabahah

Optimum Age of Starter for Microbial Transglutaminase (MTGase) Production Produced by Streptomyces thioluteus TTA 02 SDS 14 and Characterization of Crude Enzyme

The condition of starter plays important role in enzyme production. Optimum starter will lead to the optimum yield of enzyme production. The experiments which were aimed to obtain the optimum  age for starter of Streptomyces thioluteus TTA 02 SDS 14  from solid as well as liquid medium had been carried out which would be used for transglutaminase production. Medium used for culture maintenance, starter optimization and enzyme production was described by Bahrim. The result showed that S. thioluteus TTA 02 SDS 14 was ready to be used as starter after being cultured  on solid medium continued in liquid medium each  for 6 days. The enzyme production in a bioreactor using optimized starter produced enzyme with the highest activity after being fermented for 2 days with 150 rpm agitation. The crude enzyme active optimally at 45-50 oC, pH of 6 and  no effect of metal ion and inhibitor on enzyme activity

Commodification of the Urban Community Image: An Instagram Case Study of Motivational Quotes and Skyscraper Photo

Rapid technology advancements, particularly social media Instagram, have brought peoples daily lives and urban environments into the domain of visual culture. Instagram’s young users are presently sharing motivational quotes adopted in activities and work with the use of a skyscraper as a background. The trend of encouraging quotes and skyscaraper photographs exemplifies the community’s orientation, which refers to a lifestyle or a typical phenomenon of Indonesian urban culture. This article intends to investigate the image of society by using Instagram to post encouraging phrases and patterns of space production-consumption using images of buildings taken by young people. The method of social semiotics was employed in this article with qualitative approach. Guy Debord’s Spectacle of Society (1967) theory and the postmodernist perspective are also discussed. Instagram creates a dichotomy with its picture of modern society and stunning metropolitan areas. Consumption and self-commodification are discussed in the context of capitalism through artistically potrayed public life performances on Instagram. As a result, a new concept of conflicting urban spaces emerges. On the one hand, an idealized portrayal of communal life and urban space exists, while the other side of a city with dense populations is ignored. HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KONSUMSI MAKANAN CEPAT SAJI PADA REMAJA TERHADAP POTENSI PENYEBARAN COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN GROGOL KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Angka kasus Covid-19 pada remaja dari Januari hingga Mei 2022  di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat 36 kasus, sesuai dengan data Puskesmas Grogol pada tahun 2021. Jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang tinggi menyebabkan Pemerintah menerapkan Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Seiring longgarnya kebijakan tersebut, maka banyak kedai makanan cepat saji sudah mulai beroperasi hingga menyebabkan tingginya antusias pada remaja untuk datang. Banyaknya restoran cepat saji yang mempunyai spot foto yang menarik dan aesthetic, harga yang murah, serta variasi makanan yang beragam menyebabkan tingginya antusias dari remaja. Banyaknya remaja yang datang ke restoran cepat saji dan tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan menyebabkan tingginya potensi penyebaran Covid-19. Tujuan umum dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku pola konsumsi makanan cepat saji pada remaja terhadap potensi penyebaran Covid-19 di kalangan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.  Variabel bebas (perilaku konsumsi), variabel terikat (potensi penyebaran Covid-19). Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku makan makanan cepat saji denga risiko Covid 19 pada remaja. Remaja dengan perilaku makan makanan cepat saji yang tinggi memiliki risiko tertular Covid-19 sebesar 2.21 kali dibandingkan dengan remaja yang memiliki perilaku makan makanan cepat saji yang rendah dan secara statistik signifikan (OR= 2.21; 95%CI= 1.04 – 4.72; p=0.038)

The Ethanolic Extract of Annonaceous sp. to Inhibit Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) as Anticancer Modalities

Introduction: Cancer has become a major public health problem worldwide, with breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and one of the most important causes of death among them. Management of breast cancer have some adverse effects, with many factorx=s shiouln be considered to ordered the therapy. Use of chemotherapy will suppress cell proliferation and trigger apoptosis, but it cannot just focus on cancer cells only, but also would affected on other cells and cause. Objective: This study aim to analyze the inhibition effect of the Annonanceous sp. ethanolic extract to Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) on MCF-7 cells line Material and Methods: This study is an analytic experimental study used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three repetitions. The extract was dissolved in 1 ml of DMSO with a concentration of 0.1%. Furthermore, dilution was made with a dose of 0 µg / ml (K); 25 µg / ml (P1); 50 µg / ml (P2); 100 µg / ml (P3); 200 µg / ml (P4). MCF-7 cells line were cultured used RPMI 1640 Medium with 80 – 90% confluent. The ethanolic extract of Annonaceous sp. were exposed to MCF-7 cells for 48 hours. Analyze of VEGF level use ELISA Methods with λ=405 nm. Results: The results of ELISA analyze shows that the ethanolic extract of Annonaceous sp. have potential effect to decreased of VEGF expression on sample with treatment on some concentration (p< 0,05).
