    The midwives profession are expected to have an entrepreneurial spirit, therefore the Midwives Independent Services is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that runs in generating profits to cover operational activities and career development. Every business cannot be separated from financial recording activities. This is a control in the progress of the business being carried out. Based on the results of interviews and observations, there are still many of them that do not carry out financial records properly according to SAK EMKM. Therefore, the impact that has been felt by them is ignorance of the services that have been carried out to generate profits or not. Based on these circumstances, it is necessary to have training and mentoring to improve The midwives financial literacy. The training and mentoring online activities were greeted with enthusiasm from the midwives who have a Midwives Independent Practice business in Sukasada District. The topic presented in the training activities was knowledge about midwifery in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0; Income Tax for Midwives; and Improving Midwives' Financial Literacy through the LAMIKRO Financial Application. The topic provided at mentoring sessions are the use of the LAMIKRO application; Introduction to Financial Transactions; Midwives Independent Practice Financial Case I; and Midwives Independent Practice Financial Case II. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in the knowledge of the midwives after implementing the training. And based on the questionnaire distributed, the midwives who participated in the training and mentoring activities felt the benefits of this activity and wanted more intensive training for the next opportunity. The midwives also suggested the development of a more detailed financial transaction application specifically for their health service businesses

    Background: Bullying is an abuse of power or force that is carried out a person or group either physically or psychologically towards someone who unable to defend himself in a situation where there is a desire to injure, frighten or depress someone that has the potential to be repeated. Bullying can have a long-term impact on mental health and this will increase in adolescence with their low knowledge about aspects of bullying.Objectives: was To determine the relationship between knowledge and bullying behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Gerokgak. Methods : This study used a quantitative research, with a cross sectional approach method . The population in this study were all students of class X. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique.The total population in this study was 136 people and this study used of 101 respondents. The measuring instrument in this study is a questionnaire sheet about bullying. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment. Results: Based on the results of the analysis, the p-value is 0.000 &lt;0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and bullying behavior with a correlation coefficient of -0.719 with a strong correlation strength and a negative correlation direction, which means that knowledge is in the opposite direction to behavior bullying which means the higher the knowledge, the lower the level of bullying behavior and vice versa.Conclusions: There is a correlation between the level of knowledge and bullying behavior at SMA Negeri 2 Gerokgak.</em

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode drill berbantuan media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik kelas V di sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran IPA. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA di Kelas V dengan menerapkan metode drill (latihan) berbantu media pembelajaran interaktif Quizizz dan apakah kemampuan kognitif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V meningkat dengan menerapkan metode drill (latihan) berbantu media pembelajaran interaktif Quizizz. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V dengan menerapkan metode drill (latihan) berbantu media Quizizz, serta membandingkan peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan desain quasi jenis non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan kognitif peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pada mata pelajaran IPA yang pembelajarannya dengan menggunakan metode drill (latihan) berbantu media pembelajaran interaktif Quizizz, serta peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan peningkatan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas V dan sampel penelitian ini Kelas V-D sebagai Kelas eksperimen juga sebagai kelas kontrol dengan dan waktu yang berbeda

Di dalam ranah seni pertunjukan, para Etnomusikolog di masa ini berjuang mengangkat citra local ke ranah global dengan segala bentuk perkembangannya. Hal ini sangat berkaitan dengan topik seminar, yaitu keindahan musik kita yang terbalut oleh nilai estetika tinggi mampu bersaing dalam dunia global. Dan kenyataannya musik kita sudah mulai mengglobal. Di ranah visual art atau seni rupa dan desain dewasa ini terhembus wacana mengenai Global Art yang kembali mengambil dan meminjam ikon atau unsur lokal yang kemudian di visualkan secara kreatif dengan ide-ide ―gila‖, sehingga disetiap karya- karya yang diciptakan bernuansa lokal dengan penggayaan baru yang mampu eksis di dalam ranah seni rupa dunia. Hal ini dalam konsep postmodern disebut dengan pendekatan pastiche yaitu mengangkat dan meminjam kembali bentuk- bentuk teks atau bahasa estetik tradisi yang kemudian dikontruksi kembali dengan bahasa seni yang baru, kemudian menempatkannya ke dalam konteks semangat masa kini yang sering disebut dengan seni kontemporer tanpa meninggalkan dan merusak kesenian lokal
