    Background – Currently, company leaders, besides being tasked with assessing the performance of their employees, also need transformational abilities because transformational management has been proven to increase productivity in the workplace. Aim – The aims of this study were to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and motivation. Design / methodology / approach – The research method refers to a positivism approach with quantitative methods, using 77 participants as a sample for filling out the questionnaire, while Path Analysis is used to analyze the data that has been collected. Findings – This study refutes the notion that transformative leadership has a direct impact on employee performance. By inspiring their employees, transformational leaders have an indirect effect on performance. Furthermore, the characteristics of organizational culture are not significantly influenced by transformative leadership. Conclusion - Transformational leaders can use various sources of inspiration to improve performance. As a result, leaders play an important role in increasing employee motivation. Research Implication - The findings of this study have managerial significance because a shift in leadership style is necessary to improve performance. These results highlight the value of transformative and motivational leadership in enhancing workplace performance. Limitations – This research only collects data from one banking company, then the characteristics of the sample have different characteristics from the others, where the bank as a sample is owned by the regional government so that it may be different if the data is taken based on ownership and also different banks

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sekaligus mengidentifikasi pengusaha muda di Tuban dengan batasan usia 16 sampai 30 tahun di pelbagai peranannya dalam menerimasosialisasi dan edukasi terhadapminat bakat pengetahuan yang diperoleh unrukberinvestasi di pasar modal dengan proporsi populasi sebesar 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendektan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan depht interview.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan edukasi sebagai sumber informan meliputi teman, dosen, media social dan buku. Peran masing-masing informan dan media beragam, baik dari sisi intensitas maupun pengaruhnya (peranan) terhadap minat investasi.Hasil proporsi yang diperoleh adalah pertama sumber peranan memperoleh informasi tentang pasar modal sebagai yaituproporsi tertinggi dari Lembaga Pendidikan sebesar 35 orang.Kedua,mengetahui peran sosialisasi &edukasi tentang pasar modalproporsi tertinggi sebesar 32 orang. Ketiga, tujuan melakukan investasi di pasar modal proporsi tertinggi sebesar 39 oran

    At this time, the important role of Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) is felt in supporting the increase in family income, especially during the pandemic, because the economic situation affected is so broad and provides challenges and hopes to keep trying in a situation of limiting restrictions and implementing health protocols during the pandemic. Situations like this also happen to street vendors around Lontar Sewu Gresik Tourism, because after all the high and low sales of street vendors will also depend on the number of visitors to tourist sites, the more visitors there are, the higher the potential for purchases of street vendors who are around tourist sites. The problem that occurs in cooperative street vendors is that the priority activities to be carried out are business management issues, including marketing and service management and business management oriented to the implementation of health protocols. The initial study that we found in the field during our observations was that there was still traditional business management (how to sell, business packaging) services through communication that were still sales-oriented, not customer-oriented, and had not implemented health protocols optimally in their sales activities.     The Effect Of Product Quality, Features, Word Of Mouth And E-Commerce On Purchase Decisions

    This study aims to examine the Effect of Product Quality, Features, Word of Mouth and E-commerce on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 consumers who are members of the MI community application. To analyze the relationship between dependent and independent variables is multiple linear regression with classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t-test and F test), and also model test (test coefficient of determination). The results of the t-test indicate that product quality and features influence the Xiaomi smartphone purchase decision with a significance level (0,000 and 0.005), word of mouth and e-commerce have no effect on Xiaomi smartphones with a significance level (0.311 and 0.568). Simultaneous results with the F test, product quality, features, word of mouth and e-commerce simultaneously influence the purchase decisions of Xiaomi smartphones. The determination coefficient shows that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.974 that product quality, features, word of mouth and e-commerce can be explained by the independent variable of 97.4%, while the rest is explained by other factors

    The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers

    This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support on employee performance (PNS Staff) at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. This study took a sample of 30 people using a saturated sampling technique while measuring data using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses test instruments (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of measuring instruments, model test/classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test). The results of the study stated that individual characteristics, work motivation and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. Based on the results of the t test, the three independent variables have a partial effect. The final conclusion is that the variables of individual characteristics, work motivation, and organizational support are able to explain changes in performance variables

    This study aims to examine the effect of training, compensation and work discipline on work performance. Information obtained from the results of this study can be used as input for further researchers and companies. The population used in the study amounted to 99 people, using a total sampling method with a sample of 89 people. The research data is primary and secondary data, ,primary data obtained from questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data obtained from companies. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the independent variable partially to the dependent variable used the t test technique. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables as a whole on the dependent variable, the F test was used. The results showed that partially the training variable had an influence on the Work Performance variable, compensation had an effect on work performance, whilethe discipline variable had no positive effect on work performance variables. Overall the variables tested are able to explain changes in employee performance

      This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflicts, workload and work stress on the performance of female employees of the production division of PT Madsumaya Indo Seafood. Using a method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The Technique analysis data used multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially multiple role conflict variables do not have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT M adsumaya Indo Seafood, while workload and work stress have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT Madsumaya IndoSeafood
