This study will analyze about the Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam government cooperation with the World Bank in the program Consolidating Peaceful Development in Aceh 2009-2013. Assistance from the World Bank in the pack in CPDA program to the Government of NAD is an expression of solidarity and sympathy to the tsunami and the conflict that hit Aceh GAM ago.The process of cooperation between the Government of NAD with the World Bank in the program Consolidating Peaceful Development in Aceh realization is realized with improved aid development planning and management of public funds by the principle that break the cycle of violence in conflict areas in need of development and has a strong institutional legitimacy.PECAPP (Public Expenditure Analysis and Capacity Strengthening Program) is a program that works in the Public Finance sector and initiated by the World Bank with financial support from AusAID through the CPDA - World Bank.Keywords: CPDA,World Bank, Consolidating, PECAP

Blood stage malaria antigens induce different activation-induced cell death programs in splenic CD4<SUP>+</SUP> T cells

CD4+ T cells respond to antigen immunization through a process of activation, clonal expansion to generate activated effector T cells followed by activation-induced clonal deletion of the responding T cells. While loss of responding T cells in post-activation death by apoptosis is a major factor regulating immune homeostasis, the precise pathways involved in downsizing of Plasmodium falciparum antigen-induced T cell expansions are not well characterized. We report in this study that splenic CD4+ T cells from mice immunized with nonreplicating immunogens like OVA or recombinant blood stage P. falciparum antigens, PfMSP-3 and PfMSP-119 or crude parasite antigen (PfAg) undergo sequential T cell activation, proliferation followed by activation-induced cell death (AICD) in a dose- and time-dependent manner after Ag restimulation. While PfMSP-3 and OVA-induced AICD was mediated through a death receptor-dependent apoptotic program, PfMSP-119 and PfAg-induced AICD was via a mechanism dependent on the activation of mitochondria apoptosis signalling pathway through Bax activation. These results provide insights into the mechanism through which two blood stage merozoite antigens trigger different apoptotic programs of AICD in splenic CD4+ T cells

The Interference Term between the Spin and Orbital Contributions to M1 Transitions

We study the cross-correlation between the spin and orbital parts of magnetic dipole transitions M1 in both isoscalar and isovector channels. In particular, we closely examine certain cases where $\sum B(M1)$ is very close to $\sum B(M1)_{\sigma} + \sum B(M1)_l$, implying a cancellation of the summed interference terms. We gain some insight into this problem by considering special cases approaching the SU(3) limit, and by examining the behaviour of single-particle transitions at the beginning and towards the end of the s-d shell.Comment: 9 pages of latex file and no figure

Stres kerja merupakan penyakit akibat kerja dan gangguan psikis yang juga bagian dari kesehatan kerja danpsikologis kerja, sehingga ketika mengalami stres seorang pekerja dapat menjadi sakit baik secara fisik danmental, sehingga tidak dapat bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubunganlingkungan kerja fisik dengan stres kerja pada Pekerja di PT. Tofico Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Kendari.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian inidilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016 hingga Januari 2017 di PT Tofico. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 46orang, dimana teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah exhaustive sampling sehingga total sampel adalah 46 orang.Analisis data menggunakan table distribusi frekuensi dan uji chi -square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaterdapat hubungan antara kondisi pencahayaan tempat kerja dengan stress kerja (pvalue0,001), terdapathubungan antara kondisi kebisingan tempat kerja dengan stress kerja (pvalue0,000), dan terdapat hubuunganantara kondisi suhu tempat kerja dengan stress kerja ( pvalue0,003). Disarankan agar pekerja selalu menggunakanAPD pada saat bekerja sehingga dapat mengurangi dampak dari lingkungan tempat kerja

Peningkatan Efek Antihipertensi Kaptopril Oleh Ekstrak Etanol Daun Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa Bilimbi L.) Pada Tikus Hipertensi Yang Diinduksi Monosodium Glutamat

Hypertension is one of the degenerative disease of health problem in among people. Bilimbi leaves (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) is one of plants which is have antihypertension effect and contains phytol, dietil phtalat, flavonoid. This research is aimed to know influence of ethanol extract of bilimbi leaves (EEBL) through its on the increase of the antihypertensive effect of captopril in hypertensive rats. This research used a pre-test and post-test matched control group design. Sample were 30 male Wistar rats treated with MSG 100 mg/kgBW/day (po) for 14 days to induce hypertension. Hypertensive rats were divided into six treatment groups are hypertension control group (0.5% CMC-Na 12.5 mL/kgBW/day) and positive control group (captopril 2.5 mg/kgBW/day), and treatment hypertensive rats EEBL (60 and 120) mg/kgBW/day, combination of EEBL-captopril (60+2.5)mg/kgBW/day and combination EEBL-captopril (120+2.5) mg/kgBW/day. Suspension test were given for 14 days. Observed data is a decrease in blood pressure after giving of the suspension test. Data analysis was performed with the parametric t-test paired and nonparametric Wilcoxon with 95% level of confidence. The result shows that MSG can be as inducer of hypertension. EEBL (60 and 120) mg/kgBW/day has antihypertensive effect. The increase antihypertensive effect of captopril on systolic blood pressure is showed in the treatment EEBL 120 mg/kgBW/day

Isolasi Bakteri dan Uji Aktivitas Enzim Selulolitik dari Sedimen Muara Daerah Aliran Sungai Siak Wilayah Kabupaten Bengkalis dan Perairan Dumai

Isolation of cellulolytic bacteria has been investigated because this bacteria producescellulase enzyme which has important role in various industry applications. In this research, isolation of cellulolytic bacteria was originated from sediment samples that was taken from 4 sampling points in estuary watershed of Siak River Bengkalis area and Dumai waters, which were 925 point (Siak River), 929 point (Pelabuhan Roro Pakning), 930 point (Bengkalis Strait), and 931 point (Dumai). Isolates of cellulolytic bacteria were identified with Gram staining method, the enzyme activities were measured with Nelson-Somogyi method. The results of identification showed 1 isolate was Gram positive and 15 isolates were Gram negative. The highest cellulase activity was obtained from 931-3S isolate (0.735±0.03) x 10 -3 U/mL, and it was not significant different with 929-1S, 929-2S, 929-3S, 930-3S isolates

The impact of advisory services on Iranian SME performance: An empirical investigation of the role of professional accountants

The role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is recognized globally given their contribution to total productivity and job opportunities. However, the majority of SMEs tend to fail due to a lack of marketing knowledge and managerial skills or technical expertise. Professional accountants are in a unique situation to help SME owner/managers to achieve their business objectives and bridge the skills gap. Therefore, this paper aims to identify the factors that affect the decisions of owner/managers of SMEs in Iranian manufacturing sector to utilise the professional accountants’ advisory services and to examine the impact of these advisory services on SME performance using the Resource-Based View (RBV) of the firm. Based on a questionnaire survey data of 658 Iranian manufacturing SMEs, our regression analysis reveals a significant positive relationship between utilisation of professional accountants′ advisory services and three independent variables, namely, knowledge of owner/manager, competitive intensity and complexity of marketing decisions. Furthermore, we evidence that the use of advisory services is significant and positively associated with SME performance. More importantly, utilisation of professional accountants′ advisory services partially mediates the relationship between knowledge of owner/manager, competitive intensity and complexity of marketing decisions and firm performance. Therefore, we provide a specific, theoretically and empirically grounded prediction of how utilisation of professional accountants′ advisory services influences performance with implications for theory and practice

Pengaruh Variasi Jarak Klem Selang Pada Tulangan Bambu Terhadap Respon Siklik Sambungan Balok-kolom Beton Bertulang Bambu

Sambungan balok-kolom merupakan bagian dari komponen struktur bangunan yang sangat kritis. Seiring dengan penggunaan tulangan baja yang semakin banyak, inovasi bambu sebagai pengganti baja untuk penahan gaya tarik yang bekerja pada beton bertulang dapat menjadi solusi. Dikarenakan daya lekat antara bambu dan beton belum cukup kuat, pada penelitian kali ini akan meneliti penggunaan variasi jarak pemasangan klem selang sebagai kait pada bambu untuk mendapatkan kapasitas respon siklik sambungan balok-kolom yang lebih baik. Sambungan balok-kolom yang diuji berjumlah 7 buah dengan mutu beton (f'c) 30 Mpa.Variasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah variasi jarak klem selang (6 cm dan 12 cm), dan tulangan bambu yang digunakan adalah bambu petung dengan dimensi 1,5 x 1,5 Cm. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah Pengujian Kuat Lentur dengan Beban Siklik. Hasil eksperimental dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sambungan balok-kolom dengan klem selang jarak 12 cm memiliki nilai daktilitas rata-rata 15,339 serta luas kurva hysteresis rata-rata 29,8 Kgmm, sedangakn sambungan balok-kolom dengan klem selang jarak 6 cm memiliki nilai daktilitas rata-rata 7,998 serta luas kurva hysteresis rata-rata 20,39 Kgmm
