    Our Project centres around the implementation of the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, a structured approach utilized by organizations to effectively address challenges and achieve their objectives. The project's objective is to decrease the rejection rate of valves and variation in the Instrument Manufacturing Company process in Gujarat, India.
