Ectopic pancreas in the proximal jejunum associated with duodenal Brunner\u27s gland hyperplasia and bile duct hamartoma

A case of a patient with ectopic pancreas in the proximal jejunum associated with duodenal bile duct hamartoma and Brunner\u27s gland hyperplasia is described. The simultaneous finding of these discrete and uncommon lesions has not been previously reported and allows for speculation about a common embryologic origin
