    Analisis Model Antrian dan Kelayakan Layout Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Pekanbaru

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Umum (SPBU) diPekanbaru dengan tujuan utnuk mengetahui model antrian yang terjadi dankelayakan layout pada SPBU. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatifmodel antrian dan layout. Sample diambil dari tiga SPBU di Pekanbaru yaitu PT.Sumber Alam Jaya, PT. Riau Muda dan PT. Erind Perkasa kemudian tekniksampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan menggunakandata primer yang diperoleh dari observasi. Hasil peneletian yang diperoleh dariformulasi model antrian dengan menggunakan data jumlah kedatangan rata-rataper jam ( λ ) dan Jumlah kendaraan yang dilayani per jam (μ) maka didapatjawaban bahwa SPBU PT. Sumber Alam Jaya dinyatakan tidak layak operasi karena Panjang antrian kendaraan yang terjadi melebihi panjang lintasan yangtersedia sehingga akan mengganggu lalu lintas, SPBU PT. Riau Muda dinyatakanlayak karena panjang antrian kendaraan lebih kecil dari panjang lintasan yangtersedia, sama halnya dengan SPBU PT. Erind Perkasa walaupun kedua SPBU tersebut masih sangat beresiko mengganggu lalu lintas.Kata Kunci : model antrian, layout

    Analisis Persediaan Suku Cadang Kritis dan Reliabilitas Mesin Water Injection Pump di PT. Pertamina EP UBEP Jambi

    This Study was conducted at PT. Pertamina EP located at Jakarta in order to analyze reliability of machines that used in that company. This study is to suggest the company the picture of the aspect that still inefficient in the operational system. This study is using prime and secondary data with water injection pump type GASO 3364-7 as the study object that located in business, explorations and production unit (UBEP) Jambi. the data is collected from spare part changes within 2011-2012 period. Using ABC analysis, the critical parts within the machines will be sorted out and each of the critical parts will be measured the mean time between failure with comparing the total uptime of the spare part and total breakdown per critical component in that period of time. As the result of the study, can be concluded that water injection pump machine, with 3 month averages will have a breakdown that involving the critical parts. The recommendation is, the management has to pay attention at the inventory level of critical parts so it can be more efficient where is the inventory level is not bigger than usage level considering critical parts have high price above all parts that will make higher inventory cost if the supply is more than usage and lack of inventory will causing major shutdown that will cost company some costly opportunity.Keywords : Reliability, Maintenance

    The Performance which not yet adequate represent a problems which often faced by company in its effort to increase advantage to reach. Problem of performance closely related with attainment of company target, because labour represent one of the primary factor to company in reaching target which have been specified. Disability of company in effort to increase employees performance represent an constraint faced by each every company. Target of this research is to see influence of Medicare & working safety and environment work to employees performance part of production at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan. Population in this research amount to 175 people. While technique intake of sampel by sampling cluster with election of sampling accidental sampel. thereby known the amount of as many sampling 64 date. Analysis use doubled linear regression method with program of SPSS 18. Pursuant to result of research known that health & working safety by parsial and simultan have an effect on signifikan to employees performance part of production at PT.     Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu

    This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Compensation by simultan and partial to the Employees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. In this research there are 135 sample from the total employees at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Compensation variable have been significant effect to the employees performance. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture variable more dominant have a significant effect to the employees performance. And the Compensation variable also have a significant effect to the emloyees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation and Employees Performance
