О ВТОРОЙ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЙ ЦВЕТОЧНОЙ ТОРГОВОЙ ВЫСТАВКЕ

ПРОЯВЛЕНИЕ ИЗМЕНЧИВОСТИ ПРИЗНАКА «ОКРАСКА ЦВЕТКА» В РАЗНОКОЛЕРНОЙ СОРТОПОПУЛЯЦИИ «РАДУГА» ГВОЗДИКИ ТУРЕЦКОЙ (Dianthus barbatus L.)
A promising direction in the elite seed growing flower seeds is to create a population with the given ratios decorative signs and, above all, painting flowers (racemes), which has a wide range of variability. Maintaining constant these crosspollination populations can be performed using different selection methods (mass, individual, inbreeding). The aim of this research was to develop methods of elite seed-growing population for Carnation Turkish. Source material served as seeds superdwarf population "Early Dwarf Mixed", derived from FSBSI "All-Russian Research Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants». Research conducted on plots FSBSI «Federal Scientific Vegetable Center». After the population has been designed for maintaining constant these traits in subsequent reproductions. As a result of breeding work has created a new different colour population entitled "Rainbow". When analyzing the cleavage "tag coloring flower" in population "Rainbow" Carnation Turkish within a few reproductions, it was found that: the range of variability of coloring a flower includes 5 major groups - pink, rose, red, salmon, white; red colour is dominant towards pink and salmon, respectively; for coloring a flower meet at least 5 genes: one controls the general predecessor synthesis of Ant-pigments, 2 gene dominant responsibility for pink and red colour, and their recessive alleles for pink and salmon, respectively; 2 gene suppressors are the synthesis of Antpigments cyaniding and pelargonidin.Перспективным направлением в элитном семеноводстве цветочных культур является создание сортопопуляций с заданными соотношениями декоративных признаков, и, прежде всего, окраски цветков (соцветий), которая имеет широкий спектр изменчивости. Поддержание константности этих признаков в популяциях перекрестников можно осуществлять с помощью различных методов отбора (массового, индивидуального, инцухта). Целью исследований являлась разработка методов ведения элитного семеноводства разноколерных сортопопуляций гвоздики турецкой. Исходным материалом послужили семена суперкарликовой разноколерной сортопопуляции «Early Dwarf Mixed», полученные из ФГБНУ ВИЛАР. Исследования проводили на опытных участках ФГБНУ ФНЦО. После отработки сортопопуляции разработана методика поддержания константности этих признаков при последующих репродукциях. В результате селекционной работы создана новая разноколерная сортопопуляция под названием «Радуга». При анализе расщепления признака «окраска цветка» в разноколерной сортопопуляции «Радуга» гвоздики турецкой в течение нескольких репродукций установлено: спектр изменчивости окраски цветка включает 5 основных групп – малиновую, розовую, красную, лососевую, белую; малиновая и красная окраски являются доминантными по отношению к розовой и лососевой соответственно; за окраску цветка в разноколерной сортопопуляции «Радуга» гвоздики турецкой отвечают, по крайней мере, 5 генов: один контролирует общий предшественник синтеза Антпигментов, 2 гена отвечают в доминантном состоянии за малиновую и красную окраски, а их рецессивные аллели – за розовую и лососевую соответственно; 2 гена являются супрессорами синтеза Ант-пигментов цианидина и пеларгонидина
ВЛИЯНИЕ СУММАРНОГО СОДЕРЖАНИЯ ВОДОРАСТВОРИМЫХ АНТИОКСИДАНТОВ В КОРНЕВИЩАХ НА ЗИМОСТОЙКОСТЬ СОРТОВ ИРИСА САДОВОГО (IRIS HYBRIDA L.)
The total content of watersoluble antioxidants in the rhizomes of garden iris varies depending on the hardiness of the variety. Domestic varieties have better winter hardiness than varieties of foreign breeding. The amount of antioxidant content in the rhizomes at the winter-hardy varieties of iris garden after wintering is significantly reduced. The direct positive correlation between of the average degree of the total content of antioxidants in the rhizomes of iris garden and winter hardiness was revealed. The correlation coefficient is r=0,66. Therefore, the total content of water-soluble antioxidants in the rhizomes of iris garden can be apply as a potential marker of long hardiness source material.Суммарное содержание водорастворимых антиоксидантов в корневищах ириса садового варьирует в зависимости от зимостойкости сорта. Отечественные сорта обладают более высокой зимостойкостью, чем сорта зарубежной селекции, причём, содержание суммы антиоксидантов в корневищах у зимостойких сортов ириса садового после перезимовки существенно снижается, а у незимостойких сортов – увеличивается. Нами установлена прямая положительная корреляция средней степени между величиной суммарного содержания антиоксидантов в корневищах ириса садового и зимостойкостью. Коэффициент корреляции r=0,66. Следовательно, суммарное содержание водорастворимых антиоксидантов в корневищах ириса садового может служить потенциальным маркером зимостойкости исходного сортового материала
Ethanol reforming in non-equilibrium plasma of glow discharge
The results of a detailed kinetic study of the main plasma chemical processes
in non-equilibrium ethanol/argon plasma are presented. It is shown that at the
beginning of the discharge the molecular hydrogen is mainly generated in the
reaction of ethanol H-abstraction. Later hydrogen is formed from active H,
CH2OH and CH3CHOH and formaldehyde. Comparison with experimental data has shown
that the used kinetic mechanism predicts well the concentrations of main
species at the reactor outlet.Comment: 16 pages, 8 figure
ТРЕНИРОВКА МЫШЦ ТАЗОВОГО ДНА В ЛЕЧЕНИИ НЕДЕРЖАНИЯ МОЧИ ПОСЛЕ РАДИКАЛЬНОЙ ПРОСТАТЭКТОМИИ
The incidence of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy is 0.8 to 87%. This category of patients has pelvic floor muscle weakness and reduced perineal reflex. The treatment of these patients uses a pelvic floor exercise system that is to enhance muscle tone and to develop strong reflex contraction in response to a sudden rise in intraabdominal pressure. Pelvic floor muscle training belongs to first-line therapy for urinary incontinence occurring within 6 to 12 months after prostatectomy. The ability to control pelvic floor muscle knowingly and to train them allows one not only to increase the closing capability of sphincter mechanisms, but also to suppress involuntary detrusor contractions. We used this method in 9 patients who had undergone radical prostatectomy. The duration of pelvic floor muscle training under control was up to 25 weeks. During this period, the symptoms of incontinence were relieved.
