Adaptation of Migrating Betawi People: Existences, Forms, and Developments

Adaptation of migrating Betawi people as the ethnic migrant in urban areas is an interesting social phenomena related to urbanism. This study aims to analyze the urbanism or the way of life of the Betawi people in Palembang city. This study used the social definition paradigm, an ethnography research method. The data were the Ethnic Betawi group in the Kebon Sirih and the Lorong Jambu areas.The data were obtained from the primary data and the secondary data. The primary data was obtained through participatory field observations, and in-depth interviews, meanwhile the secondary data was obtained from articles or journals. In analyzing the data, codes system and coding were used. Field observations were carried out in Kampung Betawi, Kebon Sirih and Talang Betawi Villages, Lorong Jambu. Interviews were conducted to participants, the Betawi people, used purposive sampling or based on certain characteristics. The results of the study indicated that the urbanism or a way of life of the people in Palembang was to adjust to the environment in terms of work to meet their daily needs. In addition, it adopted the Palembang wedding tradition when the Betawi people are married. The results showed that the people acculturate with the Palembang culture, specifically in wedding tradition

Analisa Guest Experience Terhadap Guest Satisfaction Pada Hotel Majapahit Surabaya Managed by Accorhotels

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komponen-komponen pembentukguest experience terhadap guest satisfaction pada Hotel Majapahit Surabaya Managed byAccorHotels. Data diambil dari 105 orang responden yang pernah menginap di HotelMajapahit Surabaya Managed by AccorHotels dengan menggunakan teknik purposivesampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regersi linear berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman yang dibentuk oleh service product, servicescape,dan service delivery system berpengaruh secara positif terhadap guest satisfaction. Variabelservicescape saja yang berpengaruh signifikan dan dominan. Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik Berbasis Hierarki Konsep pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia SMA Pokok Bahasan Laju Reaksi

The objective of this research was to develop the student\u27s activity paper on the subject of reaction rate. The type of this research was reserach and development (R & D) with the 4-D development model which include Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research was to develop phase and be continue with a definite tryout. This research was conducted in FKIP Riau University. The object of this research was the students\u27 activity paper based on the concept hierarchy. The data analysis technique used for this research was descriptive statistic descriptive. The descriptive analysis done by calculated the percentage of validation value. The average score of valuation to four expediency aspect of student\u27s activity sheet by validator\u27s team, such as the content properness, the language properness, course and the graphical has expediency value continued is 86.88%, 91.25%, 81.25% and 85.93%. Thus, the average score totality of student\u27s activity paper based on the problem solving subject of salt hydrolysis is 90% which is in valid criteria, means that the LKPD Developed is proper to be use. Whereas percentage response of student or collegian is 93% to LKPD with positive criteria

Simulation of Electric Field Distribution on Meniscus of Electrospray with Zinc Oxide Material

Electrospray system had attracted attention of many researchers. It is due to easy to yield uniform thin film and possible for thin film mass production. The important parameters of electrospray process for getting uniform thin film are electric field distribution, surface substrate treatment and solvent properties. In this work, we observed electric field distribution on meniscus. Numerical work has carried out on this work. The material on meniscus used zinc oxide liquid properties. Voltage and walking distance between nozzle and substrate are the most important parameter to adjust electric field distribution. The decreasing walking distance with constant voltage yields increasing electric field distribution on meniscus. On vice versa, the increasing walking distance yields decreasing electric field distribution on meniscus. Increasing and decreasing voltage yields increasing and decreasing electric field distribution on meniscus, respectively

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan di penelitian ini, ada wawancara, setelah wawancara dilaksanakan, data ditulis dalam transkrip yang telah kami transkip sebelumnya. Hasil dari Selective Coding yaitu Menonton televisi, Pilihan tayangan dan Kebebasan mengendalikan remote.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa televisi bukan menjadi pilihan utama bagi kalangan milenial untuk mendapatkan infomasi ataupun hiburan, dan remaja lebih suka sesuatu hal yang praktis dan mudah diakses seperti internet

The catalytic networks of methylotrophic organisms, featuring redox enzymes for the activation of one-carbon moieties, can serve as great inspiration in the development of novel homogeneously catalyzed pathways for the interconversion of C-1 molecules at ambient conditions. An imidazolium-tagged arene-ruthenium complex was identified as an effective functional mimic of the bacterial formaldehyde dismutase, which provides a new and highly selective route for the conversion of formaldehyde to methanol in absence of any external reducing agents.
