Pengaruh Manfaat, Modal, Motivasi dan Edukasi terhadap Minat dalam Berinvestasi di Pasar Modal

Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh manfaat investasi terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh modal investasi terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi investasi terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal. untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh edukasi investasi terhadapa minat berinvestasi di pasar modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sekolah Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Balikpapan. Sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang telah mendapatkan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang pasar modal sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh manfaat investasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi, modal investasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi, motivasi investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi, edukasi investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi dan Secara simultan atau bersama – sama variabel manfaat, modal, motivasi dan edukasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal (Studi Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Balikapapan)

Pengaruh Supply Chain Visibility, Supply Chain Flexibility, Supplier Development, Dan Inventory Control Terhadap Supply Chain Effectiveness Dengan Risk Management Culture Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada PT Sulindo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supply chain visibility terhadap supply chain effectiveness, untuk mengetahui pengaruh supply chain flexibility terhadap supply chain effectiveness, untuk mengetahui pengaruh supplier development terhadap supply chain effectivenes, untuk mengetahui pengaruh inventory control terhadap supply chain effectiveness, untuk mengetahui apakah risk management culture memoderasi pengaruh supply chain visibility, supply chain flexibility, supplier development, inventory control terhadap supply chain effectiveness. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 responden distributor B2B PT Sulindo yang berada di Bima,NTB. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan program PLS. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut Inventory Control, Supply Chain Flexibility, Supply Chain Visibility, Supplier Development berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Supply Chain Effectivenes, Risk management culture memoderasi pengaruh supply chain visibility, supply chain flexibility, dan supplier development terhadap supply chain effectiveness

Mekanisme Survival Pemulung di Kompleks Pemulung Lansia (Lanjut Usia) Tangkis Gang 17 Barata Jaya Surabaya

Riset ini ingin melihat Mekanisme Survival yang dilakukan Pemulung di Kompleks Pemulung Lansia (Lanjut Usia Tangkis Gang 17 Barata Jaya Surabaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami bentuk mekanisme survival yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pemulung lanjut usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyak sekali bentuk mekanisme survive yang dilakukan oleh para pemulung lanjut usia dalam USAha untuk bertahan hidup dari masalah kemiskinan. Hal yang dilakukan mulai dari pengurangan jatah makanan, meminjam uang ke tetangga atau saudara, dan mencoba mencari pekerjaan sesuai dengan keahlian yang dimiliki. Semua itu merupakan bentuk dari mekanisme survive yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selain itu bentuk  mekanisme survive yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep budaya Jawa yaitu tolong menolong antar masyarakatnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya masyarakat sekitar pemulung tersebut yang saling tolong menolong sebagi suatu kesatuan kearifan lokal dan budaya yang sama. Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Wajar Dikdas Sembilan Tahun Pada Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-iman Pegayaman Sukasada Buleleng

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaanprogram wajar dikdas sembilan tahun pada pondok pesantren Al-ImanPegayaman, kecamatan Sukasada, kabupaten Buleleng khususnya padakomponen konteks yang melatari, komponen input yang mendukung, komponenproses yang menunjang, komponen produk.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang menunjukkanprosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisisevaluasi dengan peran masing-masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP(kontrek, input, proses, dan produk) Subjek/partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah70 orang yang terdiri atas Pimpinan pondok pesantren, Penanggung jawab,Ustadz, Santri. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Datadianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk studi evaluatif tentang EvaluasiPelaksanaan Program Wajar Dikdas Sembilan Tahun Pada Pondok PesantrenSalafiyah Al-Iman Pegayaman Sukasada Buleleng, skor mentahditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototypeGlickman.Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program WajarDikdas Sembilan Tahun Pada Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Iman PegayamanSukasada Buleleng tergolong cukup efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input,proses dan produk dengan hasil konteks (+), input (-), proses (+), dan produk (+).Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa EvaluasiPelaksanaan Program Wajar Dikdas Sembilan Tahun Pada Pondok PesantrenSalafiyah Al-Iman Pegayaman Sukasada Buleleng cukup efektif

Analisis Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Efektivitas Pemungutan Pajak Daerah ( Studi pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung )

Local tax is contributing the highest revenue to Local Genuine Income (PAD). The government attempts to increase the effectiveness of local tax collection to improve PAD, especially through tax post. There are factors influencing the effectiveness of local tax revenue. The objective of research is to understand the influence of inflation rate, population rate, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) on local tax revenue in Tulungangung District in period 2008-2012. Data type is secondary data (time series) for period 2008-2012 obtained from the Official of Local Revenue and the Statistic Bureau (BPS) in Tulungagung District. Literature study is conducted to support data collection. Result of research indicates that the effectiveness of local tax collection in Tulungangung District in period 2008-2012 is entirely very effective. Of all three variables observed, which are inflation rate, population rate and PDRB, one with the most dominant influence on local tax revenue is population rate. Based these results, it may be suggested that the local government of Tulungangung District, especially the Official of Local Revenue of Tulungangung District, in determining local tax shall firstly socialize the importance of tax for the development such that taxpayer will be aware of paying tax in exchange for their welfare
