Evaluasi Special Events Periodik Lenmarc Mall 2013

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi dari pelaksanaan special events yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan oleh Marketing Public Relations Lenmarc Mall. Special events merupakan salah satu kegiatan utama yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi tujuan Perusahaan yaitu meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung mall. Pada penelitian ini special events yang dievaluasi ada tiga yaitu ‘Doraemon Christmas and New Year Bazaar', ‘Imlek Wayang Potehi' dan ‘Zumba Bokwa Fitness Party', periode Januari-Maret 2013. Dalam melakukan evaluasi, disini terdapat lima tahapan yang diteliti diantaranya riset, desain, perencanaan, koordinasi dan evaluasi. Lima tahap tersebut merupakan syarat dari suksesnya suatu special events.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan menggabungkan berbagai sumber data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah setiap special events memiliki jangka waktu yang berbeda pada setiap tahapan, dan juga setiap special events memiliki kelemahan pada bagian riset dimana mempengaruhi tahapan selanjutnya dan juga bagian evaluasi yang berpengaruh pada kesuksesan special events berikutnya, tetapi secara keseluruhan special events yang diadakan sudah dapat memenuhi tujuan Perusahaan

Kajian Kuat Lentur Beton pada Perkerasan Kaku Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda

The Balikpapan - Samarinda toll road is one part of the trans Kalimantan toll road that arrived currently under construction. The construction of this toll road uses rigid pavement. Road construction This toll road by the East Kalimantan Provincial Public Works Department requires a minimum flexural strength of 45 kg / cm² for 28 days of concrete age. The purpose of this study is to study flexural strength concrete on the rigid pavement of the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road based on the planning of concrete mixes at field. This study uses experimental methods in the laboratory. Credit samples are made based on concrete mix planning in the field and testing in the laboratory. The sample as many as 24 pieces for a cylinder size of 15 x 30, and 12 pieces for blocks measuring 15 x 15 x 60, which will remain at the age of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. The results of the strong test on the cylinder is obtained at 382 kg / cm2, 27% bigger than planning, and flexural strength in the beam of 53.48 kg / cm2, 18% greater than requirements. So it can be concluded that the pavement work is rigid on the Balikpapan-Samarinda toll road Has been in accordance with the provisions stipulated by the East Kalimantan Provincial Public Works Department

Analisis Pengaruh Variasi Produk dan Labelisasi Halal terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen untuk Meningkatkan Minat Beli Ulang pada Kosmetik Wardah

This research aims to examine the influence of product variation and halal labeling on consumer satisfaction to increase repurchase interest Wardah Cosmetics which is mediated by consumer satisfaction in Batam City. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The population in this research is all consumers who ever bought Wardah Cosmetics. The technique used for the sampling in this research is nonprobability sampling with the number of samples in this research was 150 respondents.The results of this research indicate that product variation and halal labeling partially have positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, halal labeling and consumer satisfaction partially have positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product variation has no positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Halal labeling and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on repurchase interest

Strategi Goal Setting Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Ptm Unnes Mata Kuliah Kinematika Dan Dinamika

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goal setting methods on learning outcomes of students of PTM in a kinematics and dynamics course. The subjects were PTM students even semester of 2011/2012, Engineering Faculty UNNES. This research is motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes in the earlier half of the semester-indicated because of lack of motivation in learning. This study used an experimental method. The population was 45 students in one class, divided into 2 groups, control class and experiment. Each subject in the study period of 7 lessons given the task to make a goal at the end of the course as well as a weekly goal. Series of goals made by the subject is placed on the the wall to give positive affirmations. At presence measurement, goal setting gives a significant number to the difference in the number of student attendance. Data for quiz grades showed that the effect of this method was not significant. This study shows that the goal setting can be applied to increase student motivation. It would be better if supported by increasing self-awareness through the control of behavior

Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Surat Keluar di Desa Dunggala Kecamatan Tapa Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Assessment of good government performance is characterized by the quality of its services to the community. One of the roles of the village as the lowest administrative level in a region is to serve the community in making letters. Management of outgoing mail in Desa Dunggala, Kecamatan Tapa, Kabupaten Bone Bolango is still done conventionally, namely by recording the letter number in the agenda book. This resulted in village officials experiencing difficulties in managing the correspondence archives if in the future a letter with a certain number was needed. This community service activities aimed at helping the village government in managing outgoing mail by designing information system for managing outgoing mail. The information system was built based on the web application, but in its application is still used offline or localhost, due to internet network constraints in the village office. A database system is used for data storage so that it is easy to search the letters that have been made. Then, the village officials has been trained to use the information system. The results obtained from this activity are the information system for managing outgoing mail and the training of village officials in using the application. This information system can be further developed by taking into account the needs that exist in the village

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect the road infrastructure quality to the system of agriculture products marketing in Dolok Silau and to determine the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the transportation costs of the agriculture products marketingas well as to determine the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the prices of agriculture products in Dolok Silou. The method of analysis used in this research is path analysis. The dependent variable in this research is the cost of transportation, marketing and pricing system of agriculture products, while the independent variable is the quality of the roadinfrastructure. The results obtained are as follows: the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the cost of transportation is negative; the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the marketing system is negative; and the effect of the road infrastructure quality to the price of agriculture products is positive

Neural Network Based System Identification of an Axis of Car Suspension System

Neural networks system identification have been widely used for estimate the nonlinear model of system. In this paper, multilayer perceptron neural network is used for identifying the Nonlinear AutoRegressive with eXogenous input (NARX) model of a quarter car passive suspension system. Input output data are acquired by driving a car on a special road event. The networks structure is developed based on system model. The Networks learning algorithm is derived using Fisher's scoring method. Then the Fisher information is given as a weighted covariance matrix of inputs and outputs the network hidden layer. Unitwise Fisher's scoring method reduces to the algorithm in which each unit estimate its own weights by a weighted least square method. The results show that the method uses suitable for modeling a quarter car passive suspension systems

Pengaruh Penggunaan Yea-Sacc®1026 terhadap Performans Sapi Potong

The aim of research is to find out the influence of probiotic utilization in the ration on dry metter intake, average daily gain (ADG), carcas percentage and economical value. The research was done in 90 days. Probiotic that used in this research is Yea-sacc®1026, commercial product from PT. Alltech. Yea-sacc®1026 contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain 1026 and its growth medium. There are two kinds of ration formula (formula I and II). One of each ration was given yeasacc®1026 1kg/1000 kg, and the other was not given, so there are 4 ration treatments. This research used Brahman Cross breed (steer and heifer). Each treatment used 30 heads of beef cattle, so there are 120 heads of beef cattle. The size of paddock 10 x 10m. This research used randomized completely design with 30 replications. The datta were analyzed by The SAS System for Windows 6.12. and then Duncan Multiple Range Test. The result of the research indicated that the formulation ( I and II) and Yea-sacc®1026 used had no effect to dry metter intake, average daily gain (ADG), carcas percentage and economical value

Analisis Perubahan Iklim Berbagai Variabilitas Curah Hujan dan Emisi Gas Metana (Ch4) dengan Metode Grid Analysis And Display System (Grads) di Kabupaten Semarang

Global climate change as the implications of global warming caused by greenhouse gas increases from time to time. Methane (CH4) is a greenhouse gas that causes the greenhouse effect and has the effect of 20-30 times greater than carbon dioxide. The rate of CH4 emissions to the atmosphere is the fastest among other greenhouse gases.The research was conducted by analyzing climate change using the data of precipitation, air temperature, and methane emissions. Data of Ungaran - kabupaten Semarang precipitation obtained from Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) Climatological Station Semarang. Globally available data of precipitation and air temperature, that is downloaded from the website National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). While the emission data of methane (CH4) is obtained from Badan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Central Java with data that covers an area of Central Java. To determine the existence of climate change in the research area of data analysis is carried precipitation and air temperature during the last 30 years. The method used is the method of Grid Analysis and Display System (GrADS) that can be used for processing and visualizing the earth science data.The results of this study, the increase in precipitation and air temperature every year in a period of 30 years in kabupaten Semarang. The average amount of precipitation every year is obtained by 1579.86 mm. Precipitation in Central Java region shown by the pattern of monsoon rainfall. The average maximum precipitation in January, while the minimum in August. The average air temperature increase annually by 0.014oC or 0.051% every year. Similarly, the amount of methane emissions (CH4) in all parts of human activity in the region of Central Java has increased every year. The average increase of CH4 emission obtained annually by 14.99 Gg or 1.36%. On average generated methane emissions from human activities annually by 1104.54 Gg
