Potensi Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder Infusum Daun Durian (Durio Zibethinus) Terhadap Kelulushidupan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) Pada Transportasi Ikan Hidup Sistem Kering [ the Secondary Metabolites Potential of Infusum Durian's (Durio Zibethinus) Leaves Effect to Survival Rate of Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) on the Livefish Dry Transport System]
Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) is one of the leading commodity and each year will always be increased in both local and export markets. It's in line and will continue to grow due to the tendency of shifting market demand for commodities is of the dead form of fish (frozen) or other processed into a form of life, especially for the needs of breeders on commodity stocks. One of the latest post-harvest technologies that can be applied in the handling of live fish is a fish transport system in the dry media without use of water as a medium of transport with the use of anesthesia using plants that naturally contain active compounds that have the potential as a anesthesia drugs. This study aimed to determine the length of time different fish living on the transportation system with particular concentration infusum dried leaves of durian (Durio zibethinus) effect on the survival rate of nila (O. niloticus). Methods of this study is an experiment with three replications with different concentration intervals. It consisted of a preliminary study to determine the potential infusum durian leaves as anesthesia and primary research material as a form of media applications on the system dry. This study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University. The results showed that the effective concentration of durian leaves infusum used to transport test was 4100 ppm with an average induction time is 40 minutes and recovery time is 48 minutes. Durian leaves infusum use in nila with 4100 ppm concentration able to achieve the level of survival and long transportation times in a row 100%, 0 h, 88.89%; 2 h, 22.22%; 4 h, 0%; 6 h, and 0%, 8 h on media packaging live fish without water
Evaluasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility Dan Community Development Pada Industri Tambang Dan Migas
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development (CD) programs are now a legal requirement that should be implemented by corporations after the enactment of UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 with the limited liability company. Especially for mining and oil corporations, CSR and CD programs are strategic and significant in order to develop good and reciprocal relationships between corporation and its stakeholders. The successes or failure of the implementation of CSR and CD will directly influence “social legitimacy” of the corporation. Hence, evaluation of the program implementation is strategic in order to assess the social performance of the corporations. The result of evaluation is also important to ensure the relationships between corporation and its social stakeholders. In this regard, this article deals with the meaning of evaluation (definition), how to conduct the evaluation (method), and what is the implication (significance) of CSR and CD program, socially, legally and commercially.  
Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Berbeda dalam Sistem Akuaponik terhadap Kualitas Air pada Budidaya Ikan Lele (Clarias SP.)
Catfish (Clarias sp.) is a type of consumption fish have promising prospects because it has a high enough degree of market uptake. The high market demand which motivated farmers to develop farming aquaponics technologies. Aquaponics, in principle, in addition to conserve land and water use also increases business efficiency through the utilization of nutrients from food remains and fish for plant metabolism. Fish farming with high stocking density causes a decrease in water quality due to the accumulation of organic matter buildup of organic materials causing toxins in the water because there is ammonia (NH3) and nitrite (N02) on the water. The threshold for catfish ammonia content is <0.8 mg /L. Alternative to overcome the problem of water quality in aquaculture is the addition of probiotic. Probiotic contain several types of microorganisms that can help the process of decomposition of ammonia as a bioremediation agent for water quality control. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of different probiotics in the aquaponics system to water quality. The method that used in this research is experimental with completely randomized design (four treat and five repeated) are P0 (control), P1 (probiotic A), P2 (probiotic B) and P3 (probiotic C). Analysis of data processed using Analysis of Variance. If there are significant differences then continued Duncan\u27s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the giving of probiotics in the aquaponic system is significantly different (p<0.05).The final conclusion is that the addition of probiotic in the aquaponic system affect the water quality. Based on the results of statistical analysis showed that the levels of ammonia, nitrite and nitrate was lowest for the treatment of P2 is 0.0204 mg /L, 0.012 mg /L and 2.731 mg /L. Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate is highest at P0 treatment (control) is 0.273 mg /L, 0.019 mg /L, 4.218 mg /L
Pengaruh Pemberian Hormon Igf-I (Insulin-Like Growth Factor-I) Recombinant Mouse Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Gurame (Osphronemus Gouramy) [ Effect of Hormones Recombinant Mouse IGF-I (Insulin-Like Growthfactor-I) on the Growth of Osphronemus Gouramy]
Konsumsi ikan gurame semakin meningkat setiap tahun mengakibatkan tingginya jumlah permintaan, belum dapat diimbangi produksi yang mencukupi. Laju pertumbuhan ikan gurame dikenal lambat, sehingga untuk mencapai ukuran konsumsi diperlukan waktu pemeliharaan relatif lama. Peningkatan kualitas produksi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan metabolisme sel terhadap asupan pakan ikan melalui penyuntikan hormon insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) diharapkan dapat memacu pertumbuhan, dan produksi ikan dapat ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hormon (IGF-I) recombinant mouse terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan ikan gurame(Osphronemus gouramy). Penelitian adalah metode eksperimental rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), menggunakan ikan gurame sebanyak 80 ekor yang terbagi dalam 4 perlakuanP0 : tanpa disuntik hormon IGF-I, P1 : disuntik hormon IGF-I dengan dosis 10 ng/ml, P2 : disuntik hormon dengan dosis 20 ng/ml dan P3 : disuntik hormon dengan dosis 40 ng/ml masing-masing 5 ulangan setiap ulangan 4 ekor ikan gurame. Perlakuan dengan injeksi hormon IGF-I recombinant mouse. Parameter yang diukur adalah pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penyuntikan hormon IGF-I recombinant mouse dengan dosis yang berbeda memberikan perbedaan yang nyata (p<0,05); pertumbuhan berat (P0: 0 ng/ml = 7,23 gram± 0,37 gram dan P3: 40 ng/ml = 26,35 gram± 1,89 gram) ;pertumbuhan panjang (P0 : 0 ng/ml = 5,76 cm ± 0,38 cm dan P3 : 40 ng/ml = 7,93 cm± 0,07 cm).). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa IGF-I recombinant mouse berpengaruh meningkatkan pertumbuhan pada peningkatan berat dan panjang ikan gurame pada perlakuan penyuntikan 40 ng/ml
Faktor-faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Penghindaran Pajak Perusahaan
This study aims to analyze the effect of board compensation, financial sophistication for audit committee, independence board of commisioner, majority shareholding, public shareholding, and board shareholding to tax avoidance measured by effective tax rate. The study population was 416 manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014. The sample used were selected by purposive sampling method. After eliminating data with several criteria, 110 companies are identified as samples during observation period 2012-2014. Hypothesis testing is performed by using the Regression Analysis. The result of this study showed that financial sophistication for audit committee and majority shareholding structure are consistent with hypothesis which has positively significant effect on tax avoidance. In the other hand, board compensation, independence board of commisioner, public shareholding structure, and board shareholding structure are not consistent with hypothesis that has not significantly effect on tax avoidance
Analisis Pengaruh Informasi Laporan Keuangan terhadap Keberlanjutan Laba (Earnings Sustainability) pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah: Studi Kasus Bank Syariah Mandiri Pusat Jakarta
The issue will be discussed is the effect of financial information to earnings sustainability that focuses on case studies of BSM. Operating profit of BSM was fluctuated from year to year, so it is necessary to know the extent of effect from financial information to reflects the rate of profit. Financial information that is used are the components of financial statements, that: Operating Cash Flow (AKO), Temporary Syirkah Funds (DST), and Zakat of BSM (ZAKAT) as the independent variable and Operating Income (LO) as the dependent variable. The method of analysis used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis and through the testing phase of classical assumption that the testing conducted on the annual financial statements of BSM that the years start from 1999 to 2013. Multiple regression results show that all the independent variables as the information of financial statement in this study had a positive and significant influence to the dependent variable, sustainability earnings. So it can be concluded that information of financial statements have an important role in assessing the sustainability earnings of BSM
The Correlation Between Advertising Exposure on Youtube and Information Exposure on Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai Roadshow by Bank Indonesia with College Student Awareness of Electronic Cash USAge
Indonesia still on the lowest level of non-cash transaction USAge compare to other countries both regional or G20. Moreover, inclusive financial index in Indonesia also classified as low with only 36%. Related on it, Bank Indonesia launch GNNT, purposing the USAge of electronic cash on society. However, after the campaign launched for almost 2 years, still there's some parts of society especially in Semarang city knows nothing about that campaign. Therefore, the objective of this research is knowing the correlation between GNNT ads exposure on Youtube and information exposure on Roadshow related with college student awareness for using electronic cash. Theories used in this research are Advertising Exposure Theory and Activation Theory of Information Exposure. The sample of this research is college student in Semarang city aged 18-25 years old, have watched GNNT ads on Youtube also joining roadshow BI goes to campus. Total respondents are 60 people picked based on purposive sampling technique. Data Analysis used in this study is non parametrik correlation Rank Kendal with SPSS 20. The result of the first hypothesis shows that Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai ads exposure on Youtube positively related with college student awareness for using Electronic cash with coefficient correlation 0,347 and signification 0,001. Suggestion for Bank Indonesia is to create the ads more interesting for college students and use endorsert to attract the attention of the public, especially the student, like Raisa, Reza Rahardian, and Rizky Febian. With the endorser will help students in remembering information on advertising, so that in the future able to coordinate the aspects that are still lacking in the respondents. The result of the second hypothesis shows that Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai information exposure on Roadshow positively related with college student awareness for using electronic cash with coefficient correlation 0,461 and signification 0,000. With the result, it is suggested to Bank Indonesia to make the road show more focused on GNNT information so that the students' attention is not divided with other information not related to GNNT. In addition, guest stars can also include important material content related to GNNT to help students recall it
