    Pengaruh Motif, Lokasi Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Fitness Center (Studi Pada Member Fitness Center Best Gym Malang)

    : The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the conditions of motive, location, quality of service and customer selection decision at the fitness center at Best gym members; 2) the effect the selection decision motif fitness center at Best gym members; 3) the effect of the location of the decision on the election of members of fitness centers Best gym; 4) the effect of the service quality of the decision on the election of members of fitness centers Best gym; 5) there are variable that becomes the dominant influence on the decision on the election of members of fitness centers Best Gym. The design used fot this study is descriptive correlational study. By using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 185 respondents. Sampling techniques used is simple random sampling. Analysis of data is done by using multiple regression analysis. The findings show that: 1) motive on Best Gym fitness center member Malang is high, the location of Best Gym fitness center located in a strategic area in Malang, and service quality is perceived good by fitness center members of Best Gym Malang; 2) there is a significant positive effect on the preference decision motive for fitness center at Best Gym member Malang; 3) there is a significant positive effect on the location selection decision fitness center at Best Gym member Malang; 4) there is a significant positive effect on the quality of the decision on the election of members of fitness centers Best Gym Malang; 5) there is dominant variables that influence the decision on the election of members of the fitness center Best gym

    Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Prediksi Jumlah Penumpang untuk Evaluasi Kapasitas Halte Bus Trans Jogja dengan Metode Exponential Smoothing dan Least Square

    The increasing number o f passengers Trans Jogja bus stops can result in the existing capacity can not accommodate the number of passengers comfortably. Problems that often arise include delays resulting bus passenger waiting time is longer and there is a buildup of the number of passengers at stops. As a result of these problems, the capacity o f passenger stops can be full so that prospective passengers waiting outside the bus stop. Forecasting is one very important element in the decision. In this study using stationary and trend forecasting the data because the data are not significant changes between time and swell in certain periods and a normal in periods others. Time series methods for forecasting the number o f passengers on the Trans Jogja stop using exponential smoothing calculation and least square. From these calculations the value sought MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or least square error is exponential smoothing and forecasting results with small error. Forecasting will be better if it contains fewer possible errors

    Исследование методом сетевой фармакологии и молекулярного докинга для выявления потенциальной противораковой активности морских цитотоксинов — осциллатоксинов D, E, и F

    Oscillatoxins (OTXs) are cytotoxins produced by some marine cyanobacteria. Their unique structures show a great potency as an anticancer agent. The limited availability of OTX derivatives in nature provides little information about their biological activity. Some of OTX activities have been tested in the in vitro or in vivo studies toward cancer cell lines, but their exact mechanism of action on the target is unclear. In this study, we used the network pharmacology analysis method to predict the target and mechanism of action of oscillatoxin D (OTX-D), 30 methyl oscillatoxin D (30-methyl-OTX-D), oscillatoxin E (OTX-E), and oscillatoxin F (OTX-F). There are 20 possible targets of the four compounds toward cancer, and the main targets of them are PIK3CA, CDK1, and MTOR. This was also followed by the molecular docking study to understand the interaction between the four compounds and their targets. Molecular docking showed that the four compounds interacted well with the key targets. In this study, four derivatives of OTXs and their three key targets for the anticancer action were revealed suggesting multiple signaling pathways, including PD-L1 expression and PD‑1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, and pathways in cancer, establishing a theoretical framework for the further experimental study.Осциллатоксины (OTXs) —  это цитотоксины, продуцируемые некоторыми морскими цианобактериями. Их уникальные структуры показывают высокую эффективность в качестве противораковых средств. Ограниченная доступность производных OTXs в природе дает мало информации об их биологической активности. Было тестировано несколько активностей OTXs в исследованиях in vitro или in vivo в отношении линий раковых клеток, но их точный механизм действия на мишень не ясен. В данном исследовании мы использовали метод сетевой фармакологии для прогнозирования мишеней и механизмов действия осциллатоксина D (OTX-D), 30 метил-осциллатоксина D (30-метил-OTX-D), осциллатоксина E (OTX-E), и осциллатоксина F (OTX-F). Существуют 20 возможных мишеней четырех соединений против рака и их основными мишенями являются PIK3CA, CDK1 и MTOR. Затем было проведено исследование методом молекулярного докинга для понимания взаимодействия между 4 соединениями и их мишенями. Молекулярный докинг показал, что 4 соединения хорошо взаимодействовали с ключевыми мишенями. В данной работе было выявлено 4 производных OTXs и 3 ключевых мишени для противоракового действия, указывая на множественные сигнальные пути, включая путь экспрессии PD-L1 и контрольной точки PD-1 при раке, протеогликаны при раке и пути при раке, устанавливая теоретические рамки для дальнейшего экспериментального исследования

    Lovebirds are a unique and legendary bird species that can attract most bird lovers in Indonesia. The colors and types are also varied, ranging from valves, non-valves, colorful feathers starting from the lungs, eyes, chest, tail wings, and so forth. In addition to a variety of colors, the birds singing is also another attraction for bird lovers. But for the general public as well as beginner Lovebirds hobbyists, it is difficult to know the type of each Lovebirds they meet or have. This is due to the lack of knowledge they have about Lovebirds, so we need a system that can help them in solving problems to find out the name of the species on a specific basis. Expert systems are computer programs that simulate the reasoning of an expert with expertise in a particular area of ​​knowledge. Expert systems work based on theory, rules, and knowledge base. The theory is the necessary foundation in making an expert system as a substitute for an expert's logic mindset. Automaton theory of intelligent abstract modeling recognition machine is one theory that can work on a system to resolve uncertainty according to predetermined rules, especially reading the input of words or context-free language, and then can conclude whether the writing is following the state of the regulation set in the programming language. The results of this study resulted in an expert system application to identify Lovebirds based on the color of feathers found in the body of the lovebird using finite-state Automata

    Pemanfaatan Limbah Sekam Padi Sebagai Asap Cair

    Limbah pertanian memiliki banyak manfaat, salah satunya adalah sekam padi. Saat ini sekam padi masih dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk, briket dan katul, namun pemanfaatan sebagai insektisida masih jarang digunakan. Salah satu insektisida organik dapat diperoleh dari limbah sekam padi berupa asap cair. Asap cair diperoleh dengan metode pirolisis dengan cara menguraikan senyawa organik yang terdapat pada sekam padi. Tim Teknik Mesin Universitas Panca Marga melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembuatan alat pirolisis dengan bahan limbah sekam padi sebagai salah satu bentuk implementasi Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini peserta dapat menambah ilmu pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan alat, proses produksi asap cair dan manfaat produk bagi pertanian serta pendapatan tambahan dengan cara menjual produk asap cair melalui marketplace atau media sosial

    On Woven Fabric Sound Absorption Prediction

    For building applications, woven fabrics have been widely used as finishing elements of room interior but not in particular aimed for sound absorbers. Considering the micro perforation of the woven fabrics, they should have potential to be used as micro-perforated panel (MPP) absorbers; some measurement results indicated such absorption ability. Hence, it is of importance to have a sound absorption model of the woven fabrics to enable us predicting their sound absorption characteristic that is beneficial in engineering design phase. Treating the woven fabric as a rigid frame, a fluid equivalent model is employed based on the formulation of Johnson-Champoux-Allard (JCA). The model obtained is then validated by measurement results where three kinds of commercially available woven fabrics are evaluated by considering their perforation properties. It is found that the model can reasonably predict their sound absorption coefficients. However, the presence of perturbations in pores give rise to inaccuracy of resistive component of the predicted surface impedance. The use of measured static flow resistive and corrected viscous length in the calculations are useful to cope with such a situation. Otherwise, the use of an optimized simple model as a function of flow resistivity is also applicable for this case

    Analysis of Academic Application Acceptance Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya Using Method Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT)

    The application of akademik.wima.ac.id is a media of information for student, lecture, and administration officer in Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya. The application is used to fill Study Plan Card (KRS) and Lecture's Performance Evaluation Questionnaire; check Grades' History, Students' Activity Point, and Study's Schedule. The result through observation and interview with students from Business Faculty is found out that some information has not been Up to Date and the limitedness access of the application use. The design to find the data of the application is using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. Questionnaire is used to collect the data from 334 students of Business Faculty. Microsoft Excel is used to process the data. Descriptive Analysis, Validity and Reliability test is used SPSS 16, and data analysis is used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this study shows the application has a positive and strong acceptance to students. Variables Mean of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavior Intention, and Use Behavior is 76,53% students agree and really agree and often and really often to use the application
