Analisis Risiko Pembiayaan Musyarakah Terhadap Pengembalian Pembiayaan Nasabah (Studi Pada PT. Bpr. Syariah Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo)

This research aimed to obtain an answer from the problems which is to know how financing risks “musyarakah” that occurs in PT. BPR Syariah Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo and how financing musyarakah against financing the return of PT. BPR Syariah Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo. Research method used descriptive research method. Focus in this research is financing risk musyarakah given to customers by PT. BPR Syariah Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo. Analysis of this research used Non Performing Financing (NPF) and return of musyarakah financing analyzed using the return of financing formula. Based on the research found that the risk of musyarakah financing that given by PT. BPR Syariah Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo got a fluctuation every years. Musyarakah financing which given have a high risk starting from 2008 until 2010. In 2011 risk of musyarakah financing got a decrease compared with 2010. In 2012 the risk of musyarakah financing got a decrease compared with 2012, because amount of musyarakah financing had decrease and return of financing showed that is not good at 2008 until 2010. In 2011 and 2012 the return of financing showed good because of the high rate of return financing musyarakah connected by non performing financing (NPF) Musyarakah compare with the year 2008,2009, and 2010

Education is very important in the process of improving human resources. Because every citizen has the right to obtained a good education. Early childhood education is an effort of constructing, addressed to children from the early birth up to the age of six. Tembalang subdistrict is the area that has the most PAUD and education unit. The research was purposed to evaluate the implementation of the PAUD, Knowing teacher competences, knowing why the PAUD teacher has not academically qualified. The research method that was used is qualitative analysis with data capture techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study is the head unit for the education of Kecamatan Tembalang, headmaster, teachers and parents. The result showed obstacles in the implementation of the program, there are several agencies that still graduated from senior high school. Professional teachers should possess the minimum academic qualifications Bachelor's degree (S-1) or four diploma (D-IV), master the competencies (pedagogy, professional, social and personality). The condition of facilities and infrastructures are less supportive in maximizing the PAUD program. Molecular Docking Sianidin dan Peonidin sebagai Antiinflamasi pada Aterosklerosis secara In Silico

Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease that begins with endothelial dysfunction resulting in plaque growth in the inner walls of the arteries. Endothelial dysfunction causes endothelial activates NF-?B resulting in a transcription of proinflammatory gene supporting the growth of atherosclerotic plaque. The purple sweet potato anthocyanin is a compound known to have activity inhibiting the inflammatory process. The major anthocyanins contained in purple sweetpotato are cyanidine and peonidine. The cyanidine and peonidin activity test was performed as antiinflammatory at atherosclerosis based on their interaction on NF-?B protein using molecular docking method in silico. The stages of this research are preparation of protein structure database of NF-?B, protein preparation using Chimera1.10.1 application, preparation and optimization of cyanidin and peonidin 3D structure using HyperChem8 application, and validation of molecular docking and docking method of cyanidin and peonidin on NF-?B protein using application Autodock4.2. The results showed that cyanidine and peonidine had affinity and formed a hydrogen bond with the NF-?B protein. The bond energy between cyanidine and peonidine with the NF-?B protein is -7.92 kcal/mol and -7.86 kcal/mol which together form the hydrogen bond with the LEU472 amino acid on the binding site equal to the native ligand. Cyanidin and peonidine have the potential of activity as antiatherosklerosis because it has an affinity with the NF-?B protein so that it prevents the inflammatory process in the formation of atherosclerotic plaque

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Return on Equity, kebijakan dividend dan struktur modal terhadap earning per share dan harga saham.. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaptar di Bursa Efek Indonesia  dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam penentuannya sampelnya, dengan menggunakan data time series selama periode 2010 sampai 2014. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan alat analisis AMOS dalam megolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa retun on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap earning pershare, dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap earning pershare, debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap earning pershare, return on equity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan  terhadap harga saham, dan earning pershare berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham

Evaluasi Keragaan Tujuh Genotipe Cabai (Capsicum Annuum L.) di Lahan Gambut

The objective of this research was to evaluate variability seven genotype Chili (Capsicum annuum L.) in peatlands and find genotype that have high yield. Research arranged in a randomized block design consisting of seven treatments (genotype C-5, C-111, C-120, C-159, C-159 x C-5, C-159 x C-111, C-159 x C-120) with three replications. Parameters measured were flowering date, harvesting date, plant height, height dichotomous, stem diameter, canopy width, fruit length, fruit diameter, weight per fruit, total weight per plant. The results showed that seven genotipe Chili planted variability in peatlands visible between genotype, especially in stem diameter, fruit length, fruit diameter, flowering date, weight per fruit and fruit weight per plant. Genotype C-5 which is a great Chili has the highest yield with weight per fruit 13,78 g and total weight per plant 407,02 g
