Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Penempatan Pegawai terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh(Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Mutasi, Promosi, dan Stres Kerja) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui (Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Mutasi, Promosi, dan Stres Kerja)yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusiamencakup pengertian pendidikan, pelatihan, mutasi, promosi jabatan dan stress kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawainegeri yang bekerja pada kantor Sekretariat Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh 100 orang koresponden yang berasal dari sekretariat kabupaten Kutai Timur,. Data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan karir berdasarkan pendidikan, pelatihan, mutasi, promosi jabatan dan stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap analisis Pengembangan Karir Pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Kapubaten Kutai Timur

The Contribution of Household Members to Fisherman Income in Pasar II Natal Village Natal Districts Mandailing Natal Regency North Sumatra Province

This study was conducted in May 2016 in Pasar II Natal Village Natal Districts Mandailing Natal Regency North Sumatra Province. The purpose of the research are to identify the types of business of fisherman household members, to analyze the contribution of household members fisherman and the analyze business profitability cultivated by household members fisherman. The research method was used by survey and the determine of respondents by census. The results of this research indicate that activities performed by fisherman household members in Pasar II Natal Village on the fisheries sector and non fisheries. The contributions of household members fisherman given by the fishermen themselves is relatively high at 69.84%, from the fisherman\u27s wife with a contribution of 14.46% which is low, as well as the children of fishermen with a contribution 25.7% were classified as low. Value business profitability cultivated by household members fisherman both wives and children of fishermen all > 25%, so that the business can be said is already profitable, efficient and feasible to be developed

The Influence of Mangrove Damage to Income of Mangrove Crab Fishermen at Kelurahan Bagan Deli Medan Belawan Subdistrict Medan City North Sumatera Province

This research was conducted in May, 2017 located at Kelurahan Bagan DeliMedan Belawan Subdistrict Medan City North Sumatera Province. This studyaims to determine changes in income generated by mangrove crab fishermenbefore and after the occurrence of mangrove land damage and the efforts ofmangrove crab fishermen to increase income due to damage to mangrove inKelurahan Bagan Deli. The method used in this study is survey method with 36household as respondents detemination by random sampling.The results showed that there was a decrease in income from the catch offishermen of mangrove crabs by IDR 1,702,219.44 per month (54.85%) aftermangrove damage, from IDR 3,103,044.44 to IDR 1,400,825.00 per month andare statistically significant. The efforts of mangrove crab fishermen to increaseincome are diversification of livelihoods, the addition of fishing gear such astraps, fishing rods and nets, mobilizing the role of family members and savingmoney

The Analysis of Business Enlargement Gourami and Catfish in Rejosari Village Tenayan Raya Subsdistrict Pekanbaru City Riau Province

This study was conducted in April 2017 which located in Rejosari Village Tenayan Raya Subsdistrict Pekanbaru City Riau Province. This study was aimed to knowed business investment, large profit and analyze business feasibility cultivation gourami and catfish in in Rejosari Village Tenayan Raya Subsdistrict Pekanbaru City Riau Province. Methods used in this research is a method of survey with 4 respondents determinatied by the census. The result showed that business investment enlargement catfish IDR 27.567.000,- to IDR 896.952.488,- investment with enlargement gourami IDR 19.824.000,- to IDR 172.764.000,. Business profits enlargement catfish IDR 4.396.210,- to IDR 259.965.674,- per harvest while their profits for enlargement gourami IDR 3.965.330,- per harvest to IDR 74.198.167,- per harvest. Aplikasi Theory Of Planned Behavior untuk Memprediksi Perilaku Mahasiswa Membeli Laptop Lenovo (Studi Kasus: Mahasiswa Fe- Unika Santo Thomas Su)

The purpose of this study to analyze the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy Lenovo laptops. Benefits This study provides input to other researchers in conducting further research on the same topic and add insight and knowledge of researchers in the field of consumer behavior, especially about the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy a laptop lenovo. Total sample 96 respondents, data collection method through questioner and documentation, Descriptive analysis technique. The results showed based on the observed variables that: Attitudes, subjective norms and control behaviors felt by students FE Unika St. Thomas SU on average gives a positive influence on the behavior to buy branded Lenovo laptops. This is in line with the behavioral interest equation = BI = 0.44Ab + 0.16SN + 0.40PC. That is, the behavior of FE Unika St. Thomas SU to buy larger brand Lenovo laptops is influenced by attitudes of 0.44 (44%) than perceived behavioral controls of 0.40 (40% and subjective norms 0.16 (16%)). attributes that students place to win competition and preferably, laptop manufacturers increase the influence of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control by offering various benefits to consumer

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penempatan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT Yuniko Asia Prima di Kota Bandung

The research objective is to be achieved (1) To know how the placement of employees and job satisfaction in a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima (2) To determine the effect of the placement of employees on the level of job satisfaction in a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima. The study populations were employees at a textile factory Yuniko Asia Prima and the sample is taken as many as 83 employees by the simple technique of sampling with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the placement of employees at PT Asia Prima Yuniko already well underway. Employees of the company were placed in accordance with academic achievement as well as its experience, and in accordance with the physical and mental health. Also according to the employees, the company delivers wages in accordance with the number of dependents received, and promotion according to the marital status of an employee owned. Employee satisfaction gets a positive response from employees. It can be seen that the needs of the wages, the work itself, promotion, co-workers and supervisors and supervisor monitoring can fulfill the wishes of employees. Influence simultaneously, variable placement of employees has a significant influence with employee job satisfaction, and the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the variable placement of employees by 69% has an influence on the formation of employee satisfaction. However partially, variable marital status and age did not have influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT Yuniko Asia Prima

Feasibility Analysis of Patin FishBusiness (Pangasius Sutchi) in Sipungguk Village Pond Salo Sub District Regency of Kampar Riau Province

ABSRACT This research was conducted in March 2017 located in Sipungguk Village, Salo Sub-district, Kampar District, Riau Province. The objectives to be achieved in this study is to determine the feasibility of fish farming Patin and to determine the level of sensitivity Patin fish farming in ponds. Location determination is done intentionally (purposive). Determination of respondents in this study is fish farmers Patin in Sipungguk Village Salo Sub District Kampar Regency Riau Province amounted to 7 people. Determination technique of respondents in this study using census method, where all members of fish farmers Patin be 7 respondents. This is in accordance with the opinion of Arikunto (2010), if the number of small respondents from 100 people data collection methods used by census. The result of feasibility analysis showthat (1) fish farming business of Desa Sipungguk is financially feasible with positive NPV investment criteria of IDR 711,668,578, BCR 1.37, IRR 65,13% and Payback Period 4 years (2) sensitivity analysis conducted on fish farming business Patin Sipungguk Village is not sensitive to changes in cost increment by 10%, decrease of benefits by 10%, and cost increase and decrease of benefit by 10%
