Has the anomalous single production of the fourth SM family quarks decaying into light Higgs boson been observed by CDF?
Superjet events observed by the CDF Collaboration are interpreted as
anomalous single production of the fourth SM family u_4 quark, decaying into a
new light scalar particle. The specific predictions of the proposed mechanism
are discussed.Comment: 5 pages, 1 tabl
Anomalous single production of the fourth SM family quarks at Tevatron
Possible single productions of fourth family u_{4} and d_{4} quarks via
anomalous q_{4}qV interactions at Tevatron are studied. Signature of such
processes are discussed and compared with the recent results from Tevatron.Comment: 6 pages, 1 figure, 4 table
The anticommutator spin algebra, its representations and quantum group invariance
We define a 3-generator algebra obtained by replacing the commutators by
anticommutators in the defining relations of the angular momentum algebra. We
show that integer spin representations are in one to one correspondence with
those of the angular momentum algebra. The half-integer spin representations,
on the other hand, split into two representations of dimension j + 1/2. The
anticommutator spin algebra is invariant under the action of the quantum group
SO_q(3) with q=-1.Comment: 7 A4 page
Fourth Generation Pseudoscalar Quarkonium Production and Observability at Hadron Colliders
The pseudoscalar quarkonium state, eta_4 1^S_0, formed by the Standard Model
(SM) fourth generation quarks, is the best candidate among the fourth
generation quarkonia to be produced at the LHC and VLHC. The production of this
J^{PC} = 0^{-+} resonance is discussed and the background processes are studied
to obtain the integrated luminosity limits for the discovery, depending on its
mass.Comment: 13 pages, 4 figures, 5 table
Implicit Solutions of PDE's
Further investigations of implicit solutions to non-linear partial
differential equations are pursued. Of particular interest are the equations
which are Lorentz invariant. The question of which differential equations of
second order for a single unknown are solved by the imposition of an
inhomogeneous quadratic relationship among the independent variables, whose
coefficients are functions of is discussed, and it is shown that if the
discriminant of the quadratic vanishes, then an implicit solution of the
so-called Universal Field Equation is obtained. The relation to the general
solution is discussed.Comment: 11 pages LaTeX2
Analisis Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Lintas Budaya Ekspatriat Korea Selatan (Studi Pada PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, Cilegon-Banten)
This study describes the cross-cultural leadership style is about the culture expats applied expats, expats leadership style applied to the company, and the problems faced by expatriates in leading local employees at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery. lThe research type was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is a subsidiary company of PT. Krakatau Posco from South Korea engaged in the steel industry. Methods of data collection used were used that documentation, triangulation and linterviews were conducted in three South Korean expatriates and four local employees. The results showed cross-cultural leadership style adopted by the third South Korean expatriates in PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is centered leadership lstyle subordinate (democratic). South Korean culture has a character that has a high collectivity and emphasis on relationships, so that cross-cultural leadership style applied democratic style. Democratic style seen in corporate decision-making is done in consultation with local employees, expatriates role for employees, and the delegation of authority to employees. Problems faced by expats lies in the lcultural barrier which consists of differences in language, nonverbal misunderstandings, prejudices /lstereotypes of the local employees
Static Cylindrical Matter Shells
Static cylindrical shells composed of massive particles arising from matching
of two different Levi-Civita space-times are studied for the shell satisfying
either isotropic or anisotropic equation of state. We find that these solutions
satisfy the energy conditions for certain ranges of the parameters.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figures, Latex; Final version, To appear in General

q-Boson approach to multiparticle correlations
An approach is proposed enabling to effectively describe, for relativistic
heavy-ion collisions, the observed deviation from unity of the intercept
\lambda (measured value corresponding to zero relative momentum {\bf p} of two
registered identical pions or kaons) of the two-particle correlation function
C(p,K). The approach uses q-deformed oscillators and the related picture of
ideal gas of q-bosons. In effect, the intercept \lambda is connected with
deformation parameter q. For a fixed value of q, the model predicts specific
dependence of \lambda on pair mean momentum {\bf K} so that, when |{\bf
K}|\gsim 500 - 600 MeV/c for pions or when |{\bf K}|\gsim 700 - 800 MeV/c for
kaons, the intercept \lambda tends to a constant which is less than unity and
determined by q. If q is fixed to be the same for pions and kaons, the
intercepts \lambda_\pi and \lambda_K essentially differ at small mean momenta
{\bf K}, but tend to be equal at {\bf K} large enough (|{\bf K}|\gsim 800MeV/c)
where the effect of resonance decays can be neglected. We argue that it is of
basic interest to check in the experiments on heavy ion collisions: (i) the
exact shape of dependence \lambda = \lambda({\bf K}), and (ii) whether for
|{\bf K}| \gsim 800 MeV/c the resulting \lambda_\pi and \lambda_K indeed
coincide.Comment: 6 pages, revtex, 4 figures, to be published in Mod. Phys. Lett.
