Ils soutiennent que cette réadaptation est spé-cifique : elle implique, du côté des patients, la réorganisation des liens, des investissements, des identifications, la réorganisation des méca-nismes de défenses, la construction d'un pare excitations plus effica-ce, et le deuil de la maladie.
